Pros: Great flat with everything needed, very close to the city centre, restaurants, shops, buses and a very helpful host.

Pros: l’hôte est très gentil, l’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire et est très agréable. Il faut compter environ 10/15 min de marche pour aller dans le centre.

Cons: La nuit peut être un beu bruyante car la fenêtre de la chambre donne sur une cour avec des entrées d’appartements.

Pros: ロケーションがよく、市内の有名な場所へ行ったり、空港へのバスの発着所に行くのに便利です。建物も歴史的な雰囲気で良かったです。目に前に飲み物やスナックなど買える小さなお店やレストランもあります。

Cons: エレベーターはないので大きなスーツケースを持って登り降りできない方にはお勧めしません。

Pros: Alessandro, il gestore, è una persona molto disponibile ed attenta ai bisogni del cliente. L'appartamento, nei pressi del teatro Politeama, è ben arredato, molto grande, in una posizione tranquilla e defilata rispetto alla movida notturna palermitana. Comodissimo per spostarsi con i mezzi pubblici e raggiungere sia la località balneare di Mondello, sia l'aeroporto. Ed ovviamente.con il porto turistico nelle immediate vicinanze.

Great spot in Palermo!

Pros: This place was a great stay in Palermo! About an 18 minute walk to tourist sites, and just a few steps away from many shops and restaurants. It feels bigger than it looks with tall ceilings and had everything I needed. The air conditioning worked quite well, located in the living room. It takes some time to get back to the bedroom area but I slept ok.

Cons: It was fine for me and always expected in Europe, but there are some flights of stairs up to the unit. Just to be aware, if you have mobility issues. The host was so kind and helped carry my luggage up.

Mooi appartement!

Pros: Bed was heerlijk. Ruim appartement. Badkamer was prima. Buurt is veilig en gezellig. De bank in de huiskamer is heerlijk om op te liggen als je even wil uitrusten na een lange dag. Koffie potje voor echte Italiaanse espresso was top !

Cons: Keukengerei was pover en de pannen zijn oud en krom. Bestek en kopjes wel voldoende. Appartement is wel gehorig maar de bovenburen zijn niet luidruchtig. Stads lawaai, voornamelijk overdag, 's nachts kun je rustig slapen.

Apartamento estupendo en la ciudad de Palermo

Pros: La amabilidad del anfitrión, el apartamento y los espacios que ofrecía. Wifi genial, aire acondicionado. Además, el anfitrión atendió con amabilidad las demandas que tuve y que no estaban previstas.

Cons: Nada que no me agradase. Como sugerencia, la ducha podría contar con un asa pues la distancia entre el plato de ducha y el suelo es un poco alta. Esto podría provocar algún accidente. Sin embargo, es una sugerencia para el anfitrión. Por si desea tenerlo en cuenta.
