Lovely getaway!
Pros: We stayed here with my parents and my 2 young children, it's perfect for families. Everyone has their own space while the whole appartement is very cosy and pretty. The beds and bedding are by far the best I've ever had in a self-catering facility, they are hotel standard! The whole appartement is spotless and obviously well taken care of. Above all Camilla is lovely and my son still talks about the lovely welcome she gave and can repeat which keys to use (he's very proud of this)! I wholeheartedly hope we'll be able to return one day.
Cons: Maybe the electric hob, but we didn't really eat in... can't think of anything negative!

Charming place to explore Palermo from
Pros: Very nice place to stay and explore Palermo from. Very comfortable for a family/group of friends. What needs to be remembered is: the second floor and no lift, room with two separate beds on the attic and one bathroom. But even with that it is a very good place to stay. Very communicative and supporting host who has waited for us outside. Information provided by the host upfront were helpful. For other guests - if you plan to come by car, follow the hosts advice to park the car first. The private parking although not very cheap (25 Euro/day) is comfortable and located walking distance from the apartment. The location is great, walking distance from many attractions and very close to the street with restaurants and bars. Really worth staying there.

I stort sett var det en bra upplevelse och Claudia som hyrde ut lägenheten var helt fantastiskt hjälpsam.
Pros: Läget var fantastiskt och det var nära till shopping, restaurang och sevärdheterna.
Cons: Det var ganska slitet och det var en del saker som behövs ses över. Så som ex. toaletten och de knarrande dörrarna. Handtagen var också lite lösa.

Toller Kurzurlaub!
Pros: Lage ist perfekt, nahe Quatro Canti und allen anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Einrichtung ist shabby chic, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Cons: Es war nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden, als wir ankamen, für 6 Personen...

Excelente localização, mas espaço não condiz com fotos
Pros: A localização era o ponto alto do imóvel, super próximo dos pontos turísticos de Palermo, mas com tranquilidade. Os dois cafés da esquina são super charmosos. Também um dos quartos era grande e arejado, com ar condicionado split, enquanto o outro era menor, mas ainda bem confortável e com um ar condicionado portátil. O espaço estava limpo e o banheiro é novo/reformado. Um espaço ideal para dois casais ou um grupo jovem, numa época de primavera ou outono, com muita personalidade!
Cons: As fotos não correspondem com a realidade quando falamos sobre iluminação e tamanho da sala. É um apartamento mais escuro e muito menor do que parece nas fotos. Além disso, o terceiro quarto não possui ar condicionado e isso não fica claro no anúncio. A cozinha, embora bonitinha e limpa, não é muito equipada. Ou seja, por tudo isso e pelos 3 lances de escada, não recomendo para famílias (como era o nosso caso).

Pros: Апартаменты в историческом месте города - в самом центре, все достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности. Сама квартира очень колоритная, с оригинальными предметами старины, что добавляет ей аутентичности. Параллельно с этим в ней есть все для удобного и комфортного проживания. Хозяйка была очень дружелюбной, реагировала на любые пожелания. Даже когда пропал интернет, она посетила нас в Субботу вечером, чтобы помочь уладить проблему. Рекомендую это жилье как дополнение ко всем впечатлениям от красочного Палермо.

Poczuliśmy klimat mieszkania w kamienicy.
Pros: Lokalizacja. Samo centrum. Mając auto trudność z parkingiem. Bardzo klimatyczne mieszkanie - nie jest to standard hotelu 5* jednak jeśli ktoś chce poczuć klimat mieszkania w starej kamienicy i tego jak mieszkają Sycylijczycy w Ballaro to idealnie.
Cons: Do naprawy klamka w łazience ;)

Appartement spacieux en plein centre
Pros: Hyper central et parfait pour explorer la ville. Très jolie déco et tout est disponible pour manger également mais avec les choix de restaurants et street food pas indispensable. Tres jolie vue sur la placette avec magnifiques immeubles en face . Super acceuil en anglais
Cons: Cela a un charme et rassure pour la sécurité mais 5 differentes portes ou grilles à passer avec des clés.
