Top location, perfect for couples, comfortable and neat design and great host.
Pros: Top location, almost directly on Via Maqueda and close to all main atractions, entrance through a side street. Just 5 minutes walk to Mercato Ballarò, where we had great breakfast every morning. It's very quiet inside the appartment, also good for sleeping, since the room overlooks a quiet back street without much activity. A plus, the room has a small balcony with a nice view. We also loved the interior decoration, quite modern and in the colors of Sicily, good taste decoration details such as Sicilian ceramics, as well as art books and tourist guides of Palermo. Gabrielle, the owner, was very attentive and always helpful, he also gave us tips where to eat authetic typical food.
Cons: If you want to watch TV in the evening it's just from bed, there's no sofa or armchairs. I guess the room is more functionally furnished, otherwise it would lose it's beautiful and minimalistic style.

Really great, I would visit again!
Pros: The location of the accommodation is really great, as it is in the historical centre of Palermo. It is also close to the central train station, and to several bus stops including that of the airport bus. Additionally, the apparment is close to multiple restaurants, supermarkets and different shops, making it quite easy to get whatever you need. The appartment is also very clean, spacious and appears to be freshly renovated. The owner has left some candles, which one can use instead of the lights to make the atmosphere in the living room even cozier.
Cons: While the location is quite central, you can hear some noise from the streets, especially earlier in the morning when people go to work. Having said that, the noise is not unbearable. As long as you bring some basic ear plugs, you will be able to isolate the noise, and sleep well until later.

Pros: Gabriel our host met us to discuss the facilities in the flat and hand over the keys. And gave us restaurants recommendations.
Cons: Stairs up from bedroom to the toilet during the night .

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. From the excellent facilities to the great location, everything was just right. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, always available for questions and providing useful recommendations. We felt very welcome and would happily return – highly recommended!

Pros: Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero fantastico! Gabriele è un host molto simpatico, gentile e sempre disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti subito benvenuti. La posizione dell’appartamento è super: vicinissima alle principali attrazioni, a due passi dalla stazione e circondata da tanti ristoranti e caffè. L’appartamento era molto pulito e curato, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Se Palermo, allora sicuramente di nuovo qui! Assolutamente consigliato.

Location perfetta per scoprire Palermo
Pros: L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato recentemente, molto curato e pulito. Si trova al primo piano di un palazzo storico. Le stanze sono su livelli diversi quindi non adatto a chi ha problemi con le scale. La posizione è eccellente in pieno centro vicina ai Quattro Canti. La stazione è raggiungibile in pochi minuti.
