An excellent apartment in the heart of the city

Pros: Excellent location in the centre of the city, secure and comfortable. Well equipped and well-presented. Host very attentive and shared restaurant recommendations. Good variety of breakfast items provided.

A delightful stay in a perfect location — highly recommended!

Pros: The apartments were lovely — tidy, very clean, and well maintained. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and there were enough bathrooms for our group (two in the first apartment and one spacious bathroom in the second). The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance, yet the street itself is surprisingly quiet considering it’s right in the city centre. The host was excellent — always available, very polite, fair, and genuinely helpful. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay and would warmly recommend him.

Cons: The only aspect that was slightly less convenient was that two guests needed to use the sofa bed, which proved less comfortable for older travellers. Otherwise, the apartment fully met and even exceeded our expectations.

Pros: I really enjoyed this property, it’s very comfortable, spacious, modern, and has that italian vibe. Also, Giuseppe is a great man! He really made us feel welcome and told us all of the best turistic spots in Palermo. I surely recommend this experience! Thank you Giuseppe!!

Very modern apartment in a superb location

Pros: Very modern apartment, clean, superb location, comfy beds and very accommodating host

Cons: The apartment is quite dark with very little natural light but we weren’t there much so it didn’t spoil things for us.

Perfect choice in Palermo

Pros: The photos don’t do the apartment justice as it so large and very well equipped and very comfortable with everything you need for a city break. Plenty of breakfast items left for us. The location is perfect as it’s so central and everything is walkable. The owner was super communicative and very kindly was able to allow us an early check in and late checkout due to the timing of the next guests. Don’t hesitate to come here!

Great apartment close to all major attractions

Pros: To be clear, the apartment is great, but some things need to be mentioned. When you say breakfast is included, it shouldn't mean that eggs and a dozen yogurts are left in the fridge. We didn't use any of that, luckily there are plenty of places nearby where you can have breakfast so that wasn't a problem, but it should be clearly stated because it causes additional costs. Another thing is parking, there is a parking spot 50m from the apartment, it's free, but there is a man who \

Good location, nice apartment and super friendly host, but dark and humid apartment. :-(

Pros: The flat was very good equipped and beautiful! The owner was super helpful and extraordinary friendly!! The location was perfect for Palermo.

Cons: Unfortunately, there was no daylight in the main areas (nearly no windows) so it was very dark and since there were no heaters, it was very humid and cold inside (even though it was sunny and 20 degrees Celsius outside)
