Pros: We arranged to check in at 14:00 and Emilio was there to meet us at the arranged time

Pros: well located, spacious, the housing was great! The owner, was extremely helpful and arranging with us. At the end of our stay, we forgot a wallet, he found it and managed to find us to give it back - I highly recommend !

Stunning apartment close to all sites and amenities of Palermo

Pros: This is a beautiful traditional, spacious apartment with high painted ceilings. It is modernised, well appointed and comfortable. We were made to feel very welcome and any questions we had were answered immediately. The location was better than we imagined being within minutes walk to all the sites, market, port and restaurants galore. It is on Via Roma, one of the main roads in Palermo but not noisy. We drove and the apartment is in the ZTL zone so a tariff of €5 needs to be paid on your day of entry - ticket available from Tabac next door to apartment so super handy! Make sure you organise parking with the owner in advance as this would be impossible otherwise! He helped us with this and directed us to reserved parking about 5 minutes walk away (€10 / day). If we were to return to Palermo again then we’d definitely stay here again.

Cons: Make sure you get good directions to parking - or perhaps the owner could draw a map as there are many one way streets.

Great for couples

Pros: Perfect location to explore the old town. Super spacious and beautifully furnished. We didn't miss anything.

Cons: Not a big deal, cause it was clean and everything worked: The bathroom could use a refresh

Lovely, big apartment in the heart of the city.

Pros: Host met us on arrival, showed us around, even gave us his parking space, couldn't have been better.

Cons: There cold be a little more homeleness to the apartment and the bathroom can do with a little fixing. No shower door for example.

Pros: Very nice host! Perfect location. Very nice apartment.

Cons: The sheets had a bad smell as did the towels. The bathroom needs refreshing. Kitchen equipment could be better. Noisy neighborhood.

Professionalità flessibilità e disponibilità

Pros: Emilio è stato gentilissimo e molto accogliente: flessibile negli orari, ci ha fatto trovare gratuitamente un lettino x nostro figlio di 10 mesi ( va bene anche x bimbi di 3-4 anni), è stato molto disponibile e ci ha consigliato molto bene! Posizione centrale e comoda a tutti i principali punti di interesse Pulizia perfetta il parquet era perfetto x far gattonare nostro figlio di 10 mesi Riscaldamento in tutta la casa funzionante ed efficace

Pros: Idealna lokalizacja do zwiedzania historycznego centrum, blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji, restauracji i sklepów.. Apartament znajduje się przy głównej ulicy jednak okna wychodzą na boczna uliczkę dzięki temu nie było słuchać hałasu. Mieszkanie przestronne, ładnie urządzone, bardzo czyste, wszytko było przygotowane na nasz pobyt, właściciel bardzo pomocny i miły, szybko odpowiadał na pytania i sam dopytywał czy wszystko ok. Drobne mankamenty typu skrzypiąca sofa nie wpłynęły negatywnie na pobyt. Polecam

Pros: La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: nel cuore pulsante del centro storico di Palermo, a pochi passi dai principali monumenti, mercati e ristoranti tipici. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e arredata con gusto, un perfetto equilibrio tra charme siciliano e comfort moderno. Lo staff è stato accogliente, disponibile e sempre pronto a fornire consigli utili per vivere al meglio la città. Un luogo in cui si percepisce passione e attenzione per l’ospitalità. Assolutamente consigliato, torneremo sicuramente!

Cons: Non c’è stato davvero nulla che non mi sia piaciuto: tutto è stato impeccabile.
