Perfect villa with everything you need

Pros: Perfect villa for 8 people and 5 nights stay. The large and clean pool. Well-equipped outside kitchen and outside dining area. 2 balconies in the 1st floor with a see-view. Very helpful staff - our flight was delayed, we arrived to the villa at 2:30 AM (in the night!) and young gentleman had no problem to give us the keys and show us the villa.

Cons: The villa is located close to the highway (approx. 150 metres?) thus you can hear the transport noise through days and nights.

Dream Holiday!

Pros: What an experience. Beautiful Villa, very clean, spacious, like a dream home with a big and very clean swimming pool. You have everything you need in and around the house. Everything was as it was in the photos. And there is Giacomo, the manager, who is such a nice person. He welcomed us with drinks and gave us all the needed links for places around and necessary instructions that made our stay so much better. He always responded to our WhatsApp messages instantly and was always ready to go the extra mile. Thank you Giacomo, one more time, for everything, we will never forget you.

Comfort place for coming down and relax!

Pros: Semi-detached house with private pool and private garden, great outdoor kitchen. The host was very friendly, professional and best organized, to fit our needs too. The communication was always very quick.

Cons: We knew, that a car is absolutely necessary.

Pros: Great contact with Giacomo, everythink was perfect but you have to move to the shop, beach, restaurant only by car

O locație perfecta pentru 8 persoane!

Pros: Vila are toate facilitățile pentru a acomoda 8 persoane. Am stat 9 nopți și nu ne-a lipsit nimic. Piscina este foarte frumoasa și întreținută zilnic. Terasa este încăpătoare cu spațiu de relaxare și dotări multiple pentru gătit afara (grătar, cuptor pizza, chiuveta, mașina de spălat pentru textile... etc). Pentru zilele caniculare aerul condiționat este disponibil în toată vila. Distanta este relativ mica pana la plaja din localitate dar se pot vizita plajele din zona Palermo. Amplasarea vilei este într-o zona liniștită cu mai multe vile. Cine se cazează aici are nevoie de mașină. Noi am avut mașina închiriată pe perioada sejurului și am avut libertate de mișcare. Administratorul vilei a fost disponibil la orice solicitare pe care am avut-o și vorbește bine engleza. Per total am avut un sejur foarte frumos la aceasta locație. Recomand!

Cons: Micile probleme cu o siguranță din tabloul electric care întrerupea curentul dacă aveam mai mulți consumatori porniți in același timp ( mașina spălat + cuptor + lumini piscina)

Vacanza a misura di Bau!

Pros: Praticamente tutto, villa bellissima immersa in un contesto super tranquillo e a poca distanza dal paese, dal mare e da Palermo. Piscina stupenda, spazio esterno molto grande e super curato. Tutto a misura del nostro cane, il primo a trovarsi a proprio agio in questa meravigliosa villa, divertendosi tantissimo. Una menzione speciale per Giacomo, un super host come pochi qua su booking, gentilissimo, super preparato e organizzato, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi nostra esigenza. È stato un vero piacere conoscerlo e soggiornare nella sua struttura. Il nostro cane non vede l’ora di tornare in questa stupenda villa, che ormai considera la sua seconda casa!

Pros: Villa très chouette tout est fait pour passer le séjour à l’extérieur et profiter des équipements (piscine et cuisine ) en toute tranquillité. Giacomo notre hôte est génial très à l’écoute et tjrs réactif merci pour tout !!

Pros: Tout !!! La villa était magnifique, comme sur les photos, tout était propre, les lits étaient confortables, l’endroit était reculé mais proches de l’autoroute, il y avait tout à proximité, quartier calme.
