Great host and facilities
Pros: Marina was a fantastic, warm and welcoming host. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She advised us about doctors and hospitals when our daughter was unwell. Could not find a better host. The pool and general facilities were great, with lots of extra touches to make a wonderful stay. Great position for exploring palermo and further afield.
Cons: We coped with the steep drive to the property after a little practice. If you're a nervous driver it would be challenging. It's quite a tough walk from the beach, but fine for us. Sadly there was alot of building work going on nearby which was quite noisy at times, but the wonderful place made up for it.

Nice out door veranda space
Pros: Clean and spacious with lovely out door living area and adequate sized pool. Two fridges, BBQ and two bathrooms and all very clean. View of the sea from top balcony. Could walk to the local beach but stiff up hill on the way back! In an area with lots of villas but felt secluded and peaceful.
Cons: Take time to follow the directions and photos that you are sent as the area is a maze of little villas. We found the hill up too much for our hire car so joined the access road (along side the main road) from the east approach- you will see what I mean!

Pros: The owner was waiting for at the property so the checkin was a breeze. The swimming pool is really large and the area is nice and green. There is a ping pong table, a large table for food and a lot of sunbeds.
Cons: The location is not so great as the taxi to Palermo in the evening costs 100 euro. You have to walk a lot uphill to get to the property from the seaside. Would be great if people leaving the keys for us would speak any English, although we managed to communicate via apps.

Pros: Duży stół na tarasie na zewnątrz, umożliwiający wspólne posiłki dla całej grupy gości.
Cons: Brak parasoli przy basenie. Słońce przez cały dzień na placyku przy basenie - aż prosi się, by móc poleżeć tam w cieniu. Jedna z sypialni na górze bardzo słabo wyposażona - nie ma stolików przy łóżku, bardzo niewygodne szafy z szafkami nad głową, do których praktycznie nie ma dostępu, bo pokój jest tak maly, że z jednej strony dojść do łóżka można jedynie „bokiem”. Gniazdko elektryczne tylko przy drzwiach tej sypialni - ładowanie telefonu możliwe tylko po położeniu go na podłodze. W łazience na górze także tylko jedna mała szafka nad lustrem - trochę mało dla korzystajàcych 4 dorosłych osób.

Per 8 persone la villa ha soddisfatto completamente le nostre richieste
Pros: Villa comoda, pulita e ottima per passare una vacanza con gli amici. Divano letto gradevole e piscina rilassante. Assistenza completa da parte della signora marina, molto disponibile a migliorare il nostro pernottamento.
Cons: Posizione un po scomoda, le strade sono strette, ma non reca alcun tipo di disagio.

Séjour confortable à proximité de la mer.
Pros: Bonne localisation, entre Palerme et Cafalù. Facile d’accès, à proximité de la plage. Cour arrière très bien aménagée avec piscine creusée et vue sur la montagne. Accueil chaleureux de notre hôtesse Marina. Très serviable et très disponible lors des communications. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Fantastisch.
Pros: Fantastisch huis, met alle faciliteiten om een fijne vakantie te hebben. Groot genoeg en aan alles is gedacht. Hosts waren super vriendelijk en denken met je mee.
Cons: Lag iets verder van bijvoorbeeld restaurantjes als we dachten, maar voor ons geen probleem ivm onze huurauto

Wspaniały dom w pięknym otoczeniu
Pros: Komfortowy i ładnie położony dom dla 2 rodzin.Udogodnienia zgodne z opisem -2 łazienki oraz dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Duży taras dający cień i przestrzeń do wspólnych posiłków.Duży i dobrze utrzymany basen.Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem-począwszy od przyjazdu.Wszystko co potrzebujesz ,aby spędzić udane wakacje 😊

Hele fijne tijd gehad in een heel mooi en rustig huis!
Pros: Het is een prive villa met een prive zwembad. Aan het huis vast (achterkant) zit nog een villa met zwembad, maar daar heb je totaal geen last van, ze hebben een eigen oprit. Als er iets was, is Marina er met een half uur. Ze is heel vriendelijk en vraagt vaak of alles oke is. Het is een paar minuten naar beneden lopen naar het strand. De terugweg is een klim van ongeveer 10 min. over een geasfalteerde weg. Prima te doen maar wel even pittig. Het uitzicht en de rust is erg fijn. Het huis is heel erg netjes en schoon en compleet.
Cons: Geen wasmachine, dat was wel jammer maar verder geen tegenvallers.
