Villa Rosaria vicino la Riserva dello Zingaro

Pros: Such a beautiful view from the balcony!! Perfect location, so close to Scopello town and not far from the beaches. Easy check in and great communication from host

Cons: The sofa bed would only be suitable for a short stay

Pros: Beautifully clean with a very comfortable mattress/bed. The views were breathtaking & and Rosaria is a very kind & caring host

Cons: The bbq was rusty & not usable and there weren't any kitchen knifves or bread knife. There weren't any instructions on entry about where to locate the air conditioning remote control but as soon as I messaged Rosaria she was extremely helpful. The lane up to the house was very bumpy and needs a car with high clearance. Apart from that we had a wonderful stay & would return.

Pros: The apartment has a stunning view and is very spacious. The rooms are freshly painted and without clutter. It has a very pleasant shaded patio with plants and flowers around and we spent a lot of time here

Cons: The kitchen has a gas hob but no oven, microwave or toaster. There were only three glasses and one wine glass and was generally minimalist for food preparation like kitchen knives.

Pros: Exactly as described. We were in the apartment at the top, perfect for two. It is very clean, new and comfortable, and really private so you can rest. Awesome view from the terrace! Location is just perfect for Scopello and Zingaro.

Lovely space, lovely place

Pros: The apartment is up quite a steep driveway so the view is spectacular. Looking out over the sea to where it meets the horizon is mesmerizing. Vincenzo and Rosaria could not have been more helpful in guiding us to the accommodation and were quick to reply to any messages (especially when our plans changed due to flight cancellation). The space is light and well equipped with a gorgeous outside terrace with bamboo shade (necessary in current heatwave). Scopello is a lovely little place and a few minutes walk from the villa. The cafe zio makes a lovely coffee and serves great pastries and sandwiches although for the local pani cunzato you must go to the bakery owned by the family. Exquisite- especially the sfincione! We would highly recommend Villa Rosaria.

Cons: Because it was so hot during the heatwave we couldn’t always be outside so a comfy chair or sofa would enhance the space. But I guess it’s not normally so much an issue.

Bellissima vacanza in posizione splendida

Pros: Struttura nuovissima, al centro di Scopello con parcheggio

Pros: Die Lage ist einzigartig, der Blick aufs Meer grandios. Leider ist der Nationalpark, den wir gerne erwandert hätten, gesperrt (vergangener Waldbrand). Ansonsten ein wirklich schöner Platz für ein paar Tage....

Pros: Schönes Appartement auf einem Hügel über dem Meer. Super Aussicht, schöne Terrasse und nur 2 Minuten Fußweg nach Scopello. Das Appartement ist gut zur Selbstverpflegung ausgestattet, ein Parkplatz steht auch zur Verfügung (Auto sollte nicht tiefliegend sein, da Schotterstraße zum Appartement). Rosaria ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit - wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen und würden wiederkommen!

Pros: Struttura nuova, nonostante 3 appartamenti privacy ok,panorama, spazio all aperto. Comoda per andare in paese alla sera 5 m a piedi ,vicina alla riserva dello Zingaro e ad alcune spiagge.

Cons: L unica cosa,essendo 4 donne,la mancanza del bidet/doccetta nel bagno. La strada sterrata, con la🚗 alcune volte ho toccato sotto

Pros: Casa con tutto ciò che serve per il soggiorno, proprietari molto disponibili nel soddisfare le nostre esigenze, casa spaziosa, posizione perfetta con il centro e alcune calette della zona raggiungibili a piedi, la vista sul mare bellissima
