Incredible views and location.
Pros: The location and view are incredible. Anna is so helpful and the house is well set up.
Cons: The driveway is a bit hard to navigate when there are a lot of cars in there. But Anna was really helpful in making sure cars that shouldn’t be there left.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The house is by the sea, the view is amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped, you have everything you need. The owner is really nice :). The beach is one minute from the flat. Highly recommended! If you stay there, you never want to leave

The most INCREDIBLE host and location. PERFECT!!!
Pros: Maria the host was the most incredible host I have ever had. My family and I have travelled to many countries over the last few years and I cannot emphasise enough how incredible the host was. We had some unfortunate health events, and Maria was absolutely amazing in looking after us during these times. We had the fridge stocked up, snacks and drinks prepared on arrival. Maria had the house absolutely pristine clean and the bedsheets smelt amazing! So comfortable. The location is insane. Right down the stairs is a private beach. The view is breathtaking. The furniture and architecture is stunning and traditional, but still modern facilities. Air conditioning, two bathrooms, balcony, security gate, parking, everything you need for a vacation. The location. The styling. The homeliness. The comfort. The beds. EVERYTHING!! Absolutely stunning. 10/10 recommend.

Urlaub in Santa Flavia
Pros: Superschöne Unterkunft mit tollem Blick über die Bucht. Man kann sich sehr gut auf dem Balkon entspannen und die Aussicht genießen. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Maria hat uns zu Beginn mit Wasser, Kaffee, Brot etc. versorgt, sodass wir erst mal in Ruhe ankommen konnten. Vielen lieben Dank!

Wunderbarer und erholsamer Aufenthalt
Pros: Ein Traum! Maria ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, hat uns bei der Ankunft persönlich mit einem Obstkorb empfangen und täglich nachgefragt, ob wir bei etwas Hilfe benötigen. Das Apartment liegt direkt über dem Meer, in einer sehr guten und sicheren Wohngegend. Der Strand, einer der schönsten der gesamten Region, ist über ein paar Stufen durch den eigenen Garten erreichbar, direkt vor dem Strand gibt es noch eine ruhige Terrasse zur Nutzung. Das Apartment hat alles, was man sich wünschen kann, es gibt sogar Getränke und Verpflegung für die ersten ein, zwei Tage. Einzigartig ist die Aussicht vom Balkon über die Bucht: in der Hollywood Schaukel sitzen und das Meer rauschen hören: relax ab der ersten Sekunde! Danke für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Pros: Fantastiskt läge i direkt anslutning till stranden med en underbar utsikt! Vänligt bemötande av hyresvärden. Mycket rent o fräscht!
Cons: AC i ett av sovrummen och tyvärr enbart takfläkt i det andra som gav ifrån sig störande ljud!

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung mit direkten Meerblick und Zugang zum Strand.
Pros: Maria war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung mit Meerblick und fast privatem Strand ist traumhaft. Maria hat uns sogar den Kühlschrank gefüllt und uns mit Getränken eingedeckt. Sogar für das Frühstück war gesorgt. Wir waren wunschlos glücklich und können die Unterkunft wämstens empfehlen.
Cons: Alles war toll!

Das Juwel von Sizilien!
Pros: Wir haben viel erlebt, aber dieses Haus hat alles übertroffen. Die Fotos geben nicht wieder, wie schön das Haus ist. Die Größe, die Ausstattung, die Lage direkt am wunderschönen Strand, der Garten- fantastisch! Die herzliche Begrüßung durch Maria mit einem gefüllten Kühlschrank - das kann man nicht erwarten und das war für uns pure Wertschätzung. Die großzügige und sehr gemütliche Ausstattung im sizilianischen Stil hat uns komplett vergessen lassen, dass wir in einer Ferienwohnung sind. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir sind total happy. Danke Maria für diesen tollen Urlaub.
Cons: Es war alles hervorragend. Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat! everything was wonderful!
Pros: Everything was excellent, View, instructions bedrooms kitchen. and access to the beach. they provided some water and some breakfast items for the morning which was very helpful. you could walk in to town very easy.
Cons: Driveway is a bit tricky, when 2 or more cars are there. very steep, when is it wet that brings another challenge. there is parking across the street though. you may have to pay a euro a day but may be worth it!
