Pros: Absolutely wonderful place in an old historic house. The location near the train station was very good. We really liked the private safe garden in the middle of the city. We would have loved to stay longer. Both Alessandra and Alberto were very helpful. When we told Allessandra that there was no pot, Alberto was there the next morning with a pot. When we told Alberto that we urgently needed a kettle, he brought it within 5 minutes. Wonderful hospitality! Super!!!

Great stay
Pros: The garden and outside area is very nice to just relax, have breakfast/ lunch or dinner, a little place to play around for the kids, explore all the plants and greenery and just be outside. It is right next to the sea, the promenade and green area where a lot of people just gather on the weekends, days off etc. The bed and couch were very comfortable, clean and no complaints from us in this area. Also the location is practically new, so all the things are similarly new. Rooms are spacious, similarly the bathroom, where again things are new and very clean. It is not in the very center of the historical center, but you can easily walk there in 15 min, and have a lot of nice places to see, visit and eat at in the area or on your way to the center. Also very close to the botanical garden, big park and similarly 15 min walking to the train station.
Cons: More like just for your information and some might be particular to this stay only :) The microwave needs to be fully connected. We visited mid spring and the weather was not yet fully warm, the house is good at staying cool (so this is a benefit for hot summers clearly) but the aircon in the bedroom didn't work on heating. Ideally it could be repaired or changed until autumn/winter comes. Also, keep in mind that you are still close to a relatively busy road. It tends to get noisy in the morning and during the day, and although the windows are good at keeping most of it out, the house is not soundproof. It wasn't too much, but just so you know it is not an oasis of silence (just greenery) :) Anyway, the entire city is a bit more noisy, so you should calibrate your expectations.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros: Der Garten ist der absolute Traum. Bitte pflegt ihr weiterhin. Er ist fantastisch. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt immer etwas, was man noch gebrauchen könnte. Evtl. einen kleinen Topf, Eierbecher und mehr Geschirrhandtücher.
Cons: Versehentlich haben wir das Warmwasser abgestellt. Bitte weisst eure Gäste darauf hin, wo es ab-/angestellt wird oder beschriftet die Schalter. Es kann nachts sehr laut werden, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Pros: Es una pequeña casa justo al lado del mar, muy cerca del centro de la ciudad y en una zona tranquila. Tenía todo lo necesario para estar algunos días y la casa es muy mona, está incluida dentro de la muralla. Está muy bien para estar unos días en Palermo
Cons: Por la noche puede haber algo de ruido pero se consigue descansar. La reforma no está hecha genial pero no influye en poder disfrutar de la casa.

Un séjour fantastique avec des hôtes agréables
Pros: Le logement est très beau et très propre. La literie est juste parfaite et de tres bonne qualité. Les hôtes sont réactifs et très sympathiques. Ils sont arrangeants sur les horaires d arrivées et de départ. Les emplacements pour garer les voitures sont gratuites dans le quartier. Un vrai plus ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour.
Cons: Palerme reste une capitale où les siciliens aiment faire la fête. Ce n’est absolument pas dérangeant pour dormir mais il peut avoir de la musique.

Pros: Tutto perfetto, gli host ci hanno aspettato davanti all'appartamento e ci hanno spiegato tutte le dotazioni della casa. Il posizionamento è perfetto per visitare la città . Ci si trova a due passi dal porto turistico e dal giardino botanico. Si è già in centro e i maggiori luoghi d'interesse sono nel raggio di 10/15 minuti di passeggio. La casa è ben ristrutturata con cucina ampia , un comodo bagno e una spaziosa camera matrimoniale. All'esterno c'è un bel patio privato,completamente recintato, dove il nostro cagnolino si è potuto divertire. Da segnalare anche che non abbiamo avuto mai problemi di parcheggio avendo trovato sempre posto di fronte all'appartamento.
Cons: Nulla da segnalare sull'appartamento.
