LOFT 99

Everything was good

Pros: Very helpful owner. He explained us every famous places to visit and helped us to organise taxi to the airport

Pros: The location of the apartment is perfect, not far from the touristic city center but fair enough from its evening noise. Bus stops to the central railway station and to the Mondello beach are 5-10 mins walk. Apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with everything you will need to prepare light breakfast or dinner. Also our host Marcello presented us with wine , cookies, marmalade on our arrival 😋 ( it was so pleasant). Just bear in mind that it's an old building and there's no lift, so you will have to go by stairs to the third floor. For us it was nothing, just a light additional training to everyday walks, but for someone it could be challenging.

Cons: We liked everything ♥️

Perfect stay in convenient location

Pros: Central location ideal to discover the city Cute and clean flat with AC Very nice host, thanks a lot Marcello for your help !

Great stay in Palermo, good value for the money!

Pros: Very central, quiet area, easy to walk to most attractions. Marcello is a great host, he was very helpful, gave us recommendations, and helped with the transfer from the airport even though we arrived later than initially planned due to our flight being delayed.

Cons: Only thing to keep in mind that the property is at 4th floor I think, so there’s some stairs to climb. For us this was not an issue, but I can imagine it’s not easy for all.

Pros: A small, contemporary apartment located just a stone's throw from the city centre, ideal for a short stay before heading to the airport. It was very clean and cosy, and the air conditioning made this little accommodation perfect for us. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with a map of Palermo and offering suggestions on places to visit. He even gave us a lift to the airport in the morning when we had to depart. We truly appreciate all your assistance. Thank you for everything.

Cons: The sofa isn't very comfortable, and it doesn't accommodate two people. Due to the wait, the mattress sinks down.

Pros: The apartment is located in the center of Palermo, only few minutes walking distance from main attractions. Easy conversation with Marcello, the owner who welcomed us with all recommendations and local tips for restaurants and MUST SEE places. Extra clean apartment with easy access. Great value for money. Thank you Marcello one more time for everything!!! :)

Peaceful apartment in a great condition.

Pros: Clean, perfectly laid out for a two person break. Nice small kitchen with all the utilities required. Great location. Marcello is an excellent host and went out of his way to look after us.

Cons: Nothing. Bear in mind it’s on the third floor and no lift. No problem for us but not for people who struggle with stairs.

Pros: Very central but on quiet street. Host was really helpful.

Cons: Number of stairs to climb to the loft.

Very clean and comfortable. Marcelo and Livia are excellent hosts.

Pros: Well equipped apartment. Handy having niches and power points on both sides of the bed. Appreciated the cold drinks from the hosts.

Cons: Not applicable.
