Charming and confortable.

Pros: Very confortable and charming place. We really enjoyed to be at a walkable distance from all the historic part to visit. The air cooling was perfect. So was the bed and the kitchen. I fully recommend.

Pros: Simona is great, very helpful host. She looked after me and we were in touch whole time during my stay.

Not recommended for those who doesn't like to go up stairs.

Pros: Very Spacious. Big living area. Have big TV. Bed is comfortable. Have aircon, washing machine.

Cons: Apartment is on the 4th floor and no elevator. Living area is on the main floor. You need to go up stairs to the main bedroom. Not recommended for those who can't climb stairs. Place is old and cluttered. Bathroom narrow and old. Several mirrors are distorted.

Great location and appartment

Pros: Nice, big and clean appartment located in the center close to everything. We did not meet the owner, but Simona, who handles the rent. She was so nice and friendly, gave us lots of good advice for Palermo. We spend a whole day seeing the town from Electric scooters, is was a great way to ger around and the children (12 years) loved it.

Cons: It is on the 4th floor with no elevator, so be prepared to carry your suitcases

Pros: Lovely apartment with an interesting design and in a good location. Simona was very nice, friendly and helped with recommendations. I will definitely be back. 😊

A quirky, stylish apartment

Pros: This property is quirky and full of character. There are bed choices. The biggest bed, bath and a separate toilet are up steep steps among the ceiling beams. It is comfortable and designed with Italian flair. It is Abi e a fairly quiet street and a 10-15 minute walk to the historic centre. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: There are about 60 steps up to the property and the beams are low in the upper part of the apartment. So I’d suggest it suits people who feel less than 60 and measure less than 1.8m tall!

The location with a lot of old mirrors

Pros: The location is clean, very close to the theaters and port. Simone is helping with tips about food, restaurants. The design of the apartment is interesting, especially the floor with the bathroom, bed and toilet în an open space.

Cons: The surroundings are not quite clean but the city is not a clean one.

Great place

Pros: Really friendly and helpful host, easy to communicate with. She gave us local tips and was kind enough to let us check out later, which was of great help. The place feels completely new, very clean and comfortable even for more people. Great amenities and cool design of the place. Close both to the port and the city center. One of the best places I have stayed at.

Cons: as previous reviews indicated, it is on the highest floor without an elevator. however, this was not a problem for us, just something to be aware of.
