Arco Cutò casa vacanze

Charming central apartment with a balcony and kitchen

Pros: Perfect central apartment with a full kitchen and a charming balcony to enjoy a drink or coffee. Responsive and helpful host. Highly recommend!

Cons: Nothing - it was perfect!

Pros: Cleanliness, size of the room, bed, kitchen all excellent

Cons: The toilet is comically narrow

Handy central location

Pros: Overall we had a really nice stay for our 3 nights. The apartment had everything we needed, the location was also great, very close to the train station and tourist attractions were a short walk away. We appreciated the extra touches like a high chair for our 2 year old, plastic bowel and plate and storage for her stroller in the downstairs hallway, so we didn't have to bring it upstairs each day. Marco was a great host.

Cons: No issues, even with the market nearby it was surprisingly not noisy.

very good option when visiting Palermo

Pros: The host was very helpful. The appartment had sufficient endowments for our purpose. The beds were very confortable. The appartment is quite close to the center of old Palermo, and right next to the market place.

Cons: Finding a parking place was a bit tricky, but the host provided useful advise. The stylish toilet design (an interestingly thin shape) could be a minus for bigger people. :)

Excelent clean appsrtment with all of the essentials for a short or long stay

Pros: Excellent location for the train & bus stations and easy access to the main attractions in the old city of Palermo about 15mins walk. Busy thriving location close to the daily market but feels safe. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Would come again.

definitely worth the visit

Pros: very useful staff and incredibly clean. they were very helpful and made us feel so comfortable

Cons: minor technical issues with the wifi but that was fixed

Perfect base for historic Palermo.

Pros: Great location, with all of the historic centre of Palermo within walking distance. Apartment was comprehensively equipped, and would work for an extended stay. Street market 50m away. Communications were instant and friendly. Loved watching the street life from the balcony.

Cons: Mattress was a bit firm, probably to keep its shape when the bed folded into the wall to make a sofa. Still slept okay.

Pros: Clean and tidy. Kitchen well equipped. Location within 20 mins from most attractions of Palermo. Attentive and responsive owner.

Perfect location, nice and cozy apartment

Pros: Marco is a very nice and good host. He gave us oranges from his garden, delicious olive oil that came from his tree and other drinks in the fridge. All came to be very handy and nice! The location is a gem, near the market. The place has almost everything that one can ask for.

Cons: Maybe an oven would be a plus (even though there were many food options outside). There was a problem with the WiFi, but it was not related to the place, it was a general problem in the line. After calling Marco, he explained the situation.

Very nice stay in Palermo

Pros: Great stay in Palermo. The host was very responsive and helpful at every step, the apartment was very clean and functional. Recommended
