Great flat, lovely host

Pros: Very clean Large bedrooms Backed onto a lovely park Nice

Cons: Some noise because of the older windows Not far from the historic centre at all but a bit further than I would choose another time with a 7 year old

Pros: Despite all the warnings that tourists should not go to Sicily in August, due to the crowded cities and beaches, we had a wonderful time in Palermo with Francesco. His apartment is clean, close to the center, fully equipped and most importantly at a very good price. Thanks Francesco and we will definitely be back. Jan and Monika.

Fabulous apartment Fantastic Host!

Pros: Beautiful, clean and compact we enjoyed our stay with our friends in Francesco's fabulous renovated apartment. Our bed was very comfortable and all rooms enjoyed spacious high ceilings. Location was excellent to all that Palermo old town has to offer a 15-20 minute walk away. Lovely cafes and bakeries round the corner and a supermarket a 7 minute walk. Francesco was a great host with excellent communication along with thoughtful goodies on arrival and extra coffee pods and speciality sweets half way through our stay! So much appreciated! Thanks Francesco Highly recommend.

Cons: The only thing missing was a lounge. It is clear on the listing in retrospect and our fault for not picking it up. Great stay though and would stay again 🥰

Pros: During my three-day stay at this apartment, I found it to be spacious, clean, and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the host was attentive and left some sweets, which was a thoughtful touch and added to the welcoming atmosphere of the apartment. However, I did notice some noise from the street, which was a slight downside. Despite this, I would still consider staying here again.

Clean, fresh and new.

Pros: Very well equiped apartment, everything was new and functional. Very clean. Located in ground floor, big living room with two couches and a ktichen. Nice bathroom. Cosy bedroom with double bed. It is located cca 25 minutes of walking away from the city centre, in a nice and clean neighbourhood.

Cons: Since it is on ground floor and windows are old can be noisy during the night. There is no parking, you can park in nearby garage or on the street in the blue zone, if you can find the spot.
