Perfect
Pros: The owner was really kind and the apartment was comfortable. The kitchen well equipment. The location perfect, easy to reach from the airport and the train station too. The city center is close. With two small children we also could walk between the city attractions.
Cons: Nothing.

Very nice and helpful staff
Pros: Lavinia was super helpful and gave us many tips. The apartment itself was clean and tidy, it was well-equipped with everything we needed.
Cons: For 5 people we felt it was a bit too small, since the bathroom and toilet is together, this was sometimes not comfortable. Besides, the apartment is pretty dark in a sense that there is no way where the sun could shine in.

Pros: Excellent location in a nice neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. Spacious clean apartment with excellent air conditioning and WiFi. Easily accessible from airport using the bus service below that runs every half hour. https://www.prestiaecomande.it/en/
Cons: Could not get shower to work at first and needed to contact the host. Would give properly 10 out of 10 if instructions for shower had been provided.

Pros: Very spacious and modern apartment near the city center. It has two bedrooms, 2 TVs, air conditioning, wifi, the kitchen is very well equipped. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. The price is very favorable considering all the offer. Apart from the little things, we were very satisfied! Highly recommended!
Cons: Damaged faucet in the shower cabin, toilet kettle leaking

Pros: The apartment was really extraordinary. It was huge with big rooms. It was extra clean. The kitchen was fully equipped also with coffee, spice, sugar and tea. The location is close to the city, like 10-20 minutes walk.

Pros: Place is great if you want to visit Palermo. Close to bus stops and really close to fantastic restaurants. Perfect contact with the host.
Cons: The view from upper bedroom window is not perfect. But we didn't come there to stay at home only to sleep so it was ok:)

Great value for families!
Pros: 6/5 stars for Lavinia and her positive vibe and hospitality! Walking distance to major sights, spacious and comfortable apartment! Overall, a solid choice for staying when visiting Palermo!
Cons: No elevator - this should be mentioned in the description as it will make difficult for people with disabilities, families with small children’s, strollers or luggage’s to reach the apartment.

Comodissimo e accogliente
Pros: Bellissima struttura, ampia, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort (asciugacapelli, asciugamani, ferro e asse da stiro, macchinetta del caffè, Wi-Fi, televisioni, lavatrice). I letti sono larghi e molto comodi, la posizione è ottimale (10 minuti a piedi dal teatro Politeama). Proprietaria molto cordiale e disponibile
Cons: L’unica nota negativa (che non dipende dalla struttura ma, probabilmente, dal periodo dell’anno) è stata l’enorme quantità di zanzare che la prima notte non ci hanno fatto chiudere occhio. La mattina seguente ci siamo armati di Autan e zampironi e il problema si è risolto
