Pros: Location was perfect.Right opposite opera house. 4th floor appartment so lift was a bonus.Many restuarants nearby.Spacious appartment.SHower was nice and hot.

Cons: No electric kettle.Had to heat kettle on gas hob which was a bit temperamental to ignite. More towels for a weeks stay would have been nice. Had to buy extra soap,toilet rolls and shampoo for our stay.

Pros: Perfect location between centro storico and city center. View for Teatro Massimo Spacu comfortable apartment, perfect for longer stay. Big barhroom, welle equiped kitchen, big and quiet bedroom, comfortable beds. All OK.

Pros: The location was great. Close to main area and Opera House square, taxis and bus stop. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons: Having one set of keys for 4 people was not ideal. When you left apartment and took Keys out it turned off all the power - not good when washing machine was on! Very noisy at night when window open as no air con. No shower curtain or door in ensuite - shower over bath and water goes everywhere. Elevator very tiny - one person one suitcase. About 8 big steps to get to elevator. Entry to building you have to step over - hard with large heavy suitcase. Watch your wheels! One bath towel per person for 5 days not ideal. Asked for more but got no reply. No top sheet - found doona in cupboard but no cover. No ironing board - had to iron on bench with wet towel underneath. No toaster or electric jug - just a tin kettle to heat on stove. Couldn't get any volume on TV.

Very well located, spacious and attractive apartment in Palermo

Pros: Fantastic location, very spacious, comfortable and attractive apartment with lift. Two bathrooms with toilets and bidets and additional toilet. Washing machine and drying racks were very handy.

Cons: Shower was a little cramped and temperamental.

Pros: Great location in the centre of Palermo and a generous sized apartment was a huge plus!

Pros: Outstanding location made us happy the whole time. It really is central and you can get anywhere easily from that point. Also it's right next to great food streets so dining was easy. Cons: Nothing important :) A minor observation - the terrace isn't as big as the ones of other flats on photos, you can only stand outside, but that didn't matter at all. It would've been nice to have a bit of spice like salt and oil, or more/better single use products.
