Mondello with style and ample space

Pros: Lovely property with unique design style, a panoramic rooftop view, a real luxury stay with a welcoming pool area and multiple facilities available for use.

Cons: A few quirks that needed fixing

Pros: The property itself was fantastic in all ways. It benefited from a large private gated offroad parking area. A fantastic almost 360 degree vista overlooking the ocean and the hills. Internally, a large living area with plenty of space in all areas. All the required kitchen, dining, and living facilities both inside and out. A huge outside pool with it's own adjoining outside kitchen/dining area. Everything was provided, we needed nothing more! The property is well suited to a family. An extremely relaxing environment outside and in. The host was exceptionally welcoming, able to provide us with any additional help and support that might be needed.

Pros: From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed by Ella, Carlo, and their wonderful friends. Their hospitality created such a warm and relaxed atmosphere—it instantly felt like home.Breathtaking views from the balcony. The outdoor space was ideal for both unwinding and enjoying meals together, and the pool was a standout feature. It exceeded our expectations and quickly became a favorite spot, especially for peaceful evening swims after sun-filled days.The highlight of our stay was a half-day family boat trip thoughtfully arranged and guided by our hosts. Exploring the beautiful waters around Capo Gallo and Isola delle Femmine was an unforgettable experience and a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. We highly recommend this excursion—it's not to be missed!

Cons: The property offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay and represented great value for money. While it did get quite warm indoors during the day—understandable given the exceptionally high temperatures during our visit—it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment. The location is most convenient if you have a car, but we managed just fine on foot, with the beach and local amenities about a 15–20 minute walk away. Families with small children keep in mind the apoartment is on third floor with open balcony railings.

Louise and her family were excellent hosts. Unobtrusive but available if needed.

Pros: Everything 👌. Wonderful backdrop from the large terrace. The pool was immaculate, the apartment was great, full of anything you might need for a relaxing holiday. Location a short walk to Mondello, supermarket restaurants. A bus ride to Palermo, then trains to the rest of the Island.

Cons: Only one fob for the main entrance gate from the road.

Villa Elloise is stylish , welcoming and a great place to unwind and relax.

Pros: Villa Elloise is a great place to stay when visiting Mondello. The accommodations are stylish and comfortable and the hosts charming and friendly. There is plenty outside space to relax here. If you are driving ,there is safe and secure private car parking, with a large drive and turning circle. Therefor driving and parking here is easy.

Fantastic property and wonderful hosts, helpful and welcoming. We’ve travelled a lot but this was one for the books!

Pros: Absolutely beautiful, great facilities, wonderful outdoor area with Fantastic pool and covered cooking and eating area. Stunning views from our balcony.

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa a Mondello e l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. La proprietaria Ella è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile, pronta a risolvere anche i piccoli inconvenienti con grande attenzione. Durante il pernottamento abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere anche suo fratello Carlo, una persona simpatica e alla mano che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La villa è magnifica, curata nei dettagli e ideale per vivere al meglio Mondello. Consigliatissima!

Pros: la vue, la déco, le confort, la propreté du logement, la situation géographique, la piscine étaient au top! très bon accueil des propriétaires

Cons: plus d'ombre sur la terrasse, mais c'est un détail

Pros: Location incantevole, immerso nel verde, staff gentilissimo e molto cordiale. Struttura pulitissima con piscina spettacolare. Lo spazio a disposizione è immenso. Consigliatissimo!
