Garden Suite Apartment

Pros: The couple here looking after the apartment went above and beyond to help us with some challenges on our arrival here. Couldn't have had a more positive experience. Friendly and extremely helpful and made every effort to be sure our needs were met.

Cons: All was great. Just a couple of suggestions...and few things could be added for convience. Things like: dish towels, scissors, cutting boards and knives, just everyday items that would make fresh snacks easier to prep. We found the shower floor very slippery when wet with soapy water...a grip mat should be added for safety.

Pros: 1.The location was extremely good. It was 5 minutes walk from the city center. Also, we found free parking a minute from the apartment. 2. The privacy of own little garden was very nice, and as there were actually 3 doors which had to be opened before getting inside the apartment, these layers of security gave us the sense of being safe. 3. The apartment was really clean and spacious. 4. The welcome by the owners was nice

Cons: 1. The apartment had some serious water boiler malfunction. It was producing high pitched squeaking sound which was not present while using the hot water, but in all other situations was very loud. The owners were notified and they offered a solution which didn't work. We found a solution on our own, shut off the boiler and the water valve manually (because just disconnecting the boiler from the electrical power wasn't enough to stop the squeaking sound). The owners offered to come and fix it but as we already found a solution (we put the settings back before showering, then disconnect everything after showering) we declined the offer. 2. The scent devices, fragrant and incense sticks were deployed across the whole apartment. While it initially smelled nice, after an hour or so our heads started to hurt due to the chemicals in the fragrants, so we disconnected everything from the power, took the incense sticks and placed them in the bathroom on the window so it is not going in the apartment. 3. On our welcome the owners instructed us to send a message when we leave the apartment (self check-out), as we did, but for some reason, our message wasn't acknowledged or answered in any way, which we thought was odd as they were very warm and pleasant during the check-in.

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at the Garden Suite Appartment and totally recommend it! The place is beyond expectations : the size of the rooms, the confort of the place, the quality and variety of the equipments, the elegance and details of the decoration, the variety of delights for the breakfast ; everything has been thought for guests to feel welcome and confortable during the journey. Ideal location (next to monuments, central streets, groceries, restaurants:recommending l'acerba osteria dinamica next to the appartment) The hosts were also very kind and comprehensive especialy after I arrived later than expected at the place, due to flight delay and transport issues. Pros: It was super clean and the owner was such a friendly and helpful person.

Cons: The location is very close to the center but the neighbourhood is a bit chaotic.

Pros: Siamo stati accolti benissimo dalla host Emanuela e suo marito. Sono stati di una gentilezza straordinaria, ci hanno fatto trovare pasticcini, vino ed acqua fresca al nostro arrivo. L’appartamento era pulitissimo e profumato e uguale alle foto. La zona è molto sicura a qualsiasi ora, anche quando si torna a casa in piena notte. In oltre è possibile visitare i posti più interessanti di Palermo comodamente a piedi.Siamo stati benissimo e consigliamo vivamente a tutti di andarci.

Cons: Niente, tutto perfetto. Vi consigliamo se venite in macchina di fare l’abbonamento per la ztl giornaliero o tramite app(PalerMobilità) o in tabaccheria.

Nel centro di Palermo

Pros: Posizione centralissima e ottima pulizia degli ambienti.

Cons: Nulla.

Pros: Lage ist PERFEKT, voll in der Altstadt somit alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer ist top eingerichtet, sogar Kleider bügeln möglich, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank alles da. Rundherum viele Restaurants, Souvenirs-Shops, Märkte, alles nah zu Fuß erreichbar. Unsere Motorräder durften wir im Innenhof parken, somit Diebstahl sicher. Die Gastgeber sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben das Gefühl bei Freunden übernachtet zu haben.

Cons: Gastgeber unbedingt fragen, gewisse Quartiere sind mit ein wenig Vorsicht zu genießen, Pickpockets und so unterwegs. Aber die Gastgeber geben gerne Auskunft.

Pros: Propietari molto gentili e disponibili a ogni richiesta l' appartamento pulito e arredato con gusto ottima anche la posizione.Consigliato
