Ridiculous sea view. A place worth every penny.

Pros: One of the best places I've been to! - Very helpful, responsive host. - Very spacious, excellent $/m^2 ratio. - Very accurate photos - really beautiful place. - Easy to find a free parking spot ~5-30m from the place.

Cons: - Would be nice to have a self-checkin/checkout option. - The nearest beach (via the staircase) is not really great for swimming (I believe it might actually be forbidden) - Each evening/night (21:00-00:00), a bunch (5-10) of teenagers was sitting near the staircase right below the balcony, being quite loud and annoying. That's obviously not a host's fault and it's probably not the case outside of school break season, but I guess it's worth being aware of. You could probably not hear them on the top-top terrace, but it was unfortunately not an option for us to hang out there for too long (due to a kid sleeping downstairs). - 0.5EUR/KWh for air conditioning. While I understand where it comes from, I believe it was not mentioned in the offer and it still feels kinda off. It should at least be included in price up to a certain limit and then paid extra.

Pros: Amazing apartment with amazing sea view and sunsets right in front of you. Plenty of space and cozy and homely decorated.

Cons: There is a smaller street and railway between the apartment and the sea, which gives a bit of noise. However, I happely paid that price for the stunning view.

Przestrzeń, spokój i morze pod nosem

Pros: Bardzo przestronny i komfortowy, w pełni wyposażony apartament, a właściwie cały segment kamienicy. Kondygnacje 2+1 (taras na szczycie). Wszędzie blisko (plaża pod nosem, bankomat 140m, sklep spożywczy ok 100m, parking pod domem, bardzo dobra restauracja ok 200m). Parasol na plażę, świetna baza wypadowa (Park Zingaro, Erice, termy, Palermo - choć strasznie brudne i jazda samochodem tam to sport ekstremalny), miasteczko czyste, zadbane, z klimatem. Polecam

Cons: Dodatkowa płatność za klimatyzację - to było słabe.

Pros: Потрясающий вид! Отличное расположение, равное удаление до Трапани и Палермо, можно хорошо изучить побережье. Рядом супермаркет со всем необходимым. Рестораны и пиццерии рядом в 100м. Апартаменты в трех уровнях. На первом этаже вход. На втором две спальни с двухспальными кроватями и санузел с душевой. На третьем этаже кухня с гостиной, балкон с потрясающим видом и еще один санузел. На крышу можно подняться по винтовой лестнице, там расположена открытая терраса. Квартира большая, очень чистая и аккуратная, оснащена всем необходимым. Автомобиль парковали на улице рядом со входом, парковка бесплатная.

Cons: Немного барахлила стиральная машина. Нет посудомоечной машины.

Wspaniała baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie tej części Sycylii

Pros: Widok oczywiście! Wspaniałe mieszkanie, 3 poziomowe, w pełni wyposażone, widok z salonu i z sypialni zapiera dech. Czysto, jest wszystko co potrzebne

Cons: Wad w sumie brak. Ewentualnie przejeżdżający 2 razy dziennie pociąg pod balkonem.
