A large, spacious, and very clean apartment.

Pros: The apartment is large, spacious, and very clean. Each room has a balcony with a beautiful sea view. There are two nice bedrooms, with air conditioning in the larger bedroom and in the living room. The kitchenette is very well equipped – it includes an oven, kettle, microwave, gas stove, two coffee machines, and a moka pot. Coffee, tea, olive oil, salt, and spices are also provided. There are plenty of dishes and cutlery – basically everything you might need during your stay. Excellent contact with the host. The only small thing missing was a wooden spoon for stirring.

Cons: There was no extra supply of toilet paper.

Pros: Daniele is a great host! Due to our delayed flight we arrived very late but Daniele was so understanding. Even provided some snacks for our two very tired children. Balcony in each room was a nice addition. With a beautiful view.

Cons: There is nothing not to like. It is a great value for the money.

Pros: The location and view is great and the town is nice as well with beaches, shops, and restaurants at walking distance. Modern looking apartment with a proper kitchen with everything you’ll likely need.

Cons: Minor notes: - hot water boiler is small (50L) which gives about 10min. Of hot water in the shower. You’ll have to plan your shower times when you’re with multiple people. - it isn’t mentioned in the booking page but heating is an additional charge just like AC. - there’s WiFi but not very high speed (9mbps if you’re lucky) and it seems you be shared with the entire building. With two phones and a laptop connected we had to be patient while loading websites.

It was really nice stay with family of 3 kids on hot summer in Balestrate.

Cons: All beds- mattreses were uncomfortable in both rooms -in masters and in second room. Even kids mentioned about not good sleep and metal springs feeling on back and sides. Bidet was not working, super low water pressure in it, but other faucets were with good pressure. Just realized on the first day that there is an extra charge for air conditioner usage, just need to be more careful to read all of the property policies before making a reservation.

Geweldige locatie met!

Pros: Prachtig proper en groot appartement met uitzicht op zee vanuit alle kamers. Op 25 mtr loop afstand winkels, restaurants en overige. Parkeerplaats voor de deur. Fantastisch. Daniel en Anna zijn 100% betrouwbare hosts die je met alles helpen waar nodig!
