Pros: the view is beyond words, everything is superlative, the bottle of wine and cold water was welcome when we arrived at midnight, the host was welcoming and prompt considering that we arrived at midnight. Shops and restaurants really close.A dream vacation

A superb comfortable and clean apartment with fabulous sea views, close facilities.

Pros: Great location, lovely sea views. The balconies were great for chilling out overlooking the sea. There was an excellent roof terrace too. Close to a great supermarket (1 min walk away) and a good range of cafes and restaurants. Great beach about 10 mins walk away, which had a little cafe on the beach.

Amazing stay!

Pros: The apartment was clean, spacious, bright and comfortable! I also loved the terrace and the view from the top. The contact with the host was also amazing - he welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a cake, which was very nice :)

Cons: One of the rooms doesn't have the A/C. Moreover, if you come there by car during summer months, you may have some problems with finding free parking spot as the streets are very busy.

Très grand logement !

Pros: Très grand logement bien situé pour visiter la Sicile autour de Palerme. La vue sur la mer est incroyable.

Pros: Appartamento molto grande in una posizione splendida; praticamente si ha il mare davanti avendo così una vista mare eccezionale. E' in centro al paese di Balestrate quindi vicino a tutte le comodità che sono raggiungibili a piedi. L'Host molto gentile e sollecito nel soddisfare le nostre richieste.

Bellissima, accogliente e praticamente

Pros: Da dove comincio? Siamo arrivati e siamo stati accolti dai proprietari. Persone gentilissime e molto disponibili. Come benvenuto ci hanno fatto trovare una cassata e una bottiglia di vino. Cosa che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo.La struttura è un incanto. Quando siamo entrati siamo rimasti stupefatti; sia dalla bellezza dell'appartamento stesso, che della pulizia. Ma soprattutto l'incanto di aprire le porte dei balconi e trovarti letteralmente davanti al mare non ha prezzo!! Abbiamo potuto usufruire anche della terrazza. E abbiamo potuto goderci delle bellissime grigliate con i nostri amici. La struttura Inoltre si trova vicinissimo a tutti i servizi necessari. Raggiungibili comodamente anche a piedi. Insomma, siamo super super soddisfatti!! Se avessi la disponibilità una casa cosi, la comprerei ad occhi chiusi.🤣 Se ci sarà occasione torneremo SICURAMENTE 😎

Cons: L'unica piccola pecca è che non dispongono di un parcheggio privato. Essendo pieno di divieti era un pó difficile trovare parcheggio soprattuto se si tornava la sera dopo le 19.00, quando in piazza chiudevano la strada. Però siamo stati sempre fortunati in fondo, trovandone uno vicino. 💪🏻 quindi non ci è pesato più di tanto😌

Pros: Super Lage direkt am Meer gelegen 1 min Fußweg und direkt im Geschehen Bars Restaurants Geschäfte

Pros: Отличный вид из окна.Хозяин помогал очень во всех ситуациях. Мы опаздывали в аэропорт по расписанию автобус не пршёл, хозяин приехал через пять минут и отвёз в аэропорт. В апартаментах чисто, много места и света. Спасибо!!!! Всё отлично!!

Pros: Tutto...la posizione, i due bagni, le tre camere, la vista fronte mare al mattino ed alla sera meravigliosa.. Struttura dotata di tutti i comfort. Ci siamo trovati benissimo

Cons: Niente...tutto ok

Pros: Appartement très spacieux avec vue sur la mer. Facilité pour se garer en bas de l'immeuble. Hôte présent pour la remise des clés (malgré notre arrivée tardive) et très sympathique , avec paquet de bonbons de bienvenu pour les enfants. Terrasse sur le toit avec une vue formidable. Supérette à 50m, c'est très pratique.

Cons: 2eme étage sans ascenseur, c'était pas un problème pour nous mais à préciser si beaucoup de valises, de courses ou pour des personnes un peu plus agées. Situé devant une voie ferrée mais on n'a ni vu ni entendu de train en 4 jours.
