We stayed for two nights, it was quiet at night and warm so we had a good sleep. Lots of hot water and nice shower. Also

Pros: Very clean, renovated, hot water and air conditioner and big TV. The bed was quite comfortable.

Cons: Stairs! 😁

Lovely room and bathroom in great location.

Pros: Location was great. Spacious and modern. Almost no noise from the street. Very responsive host.

Cons: Nothing. Lots of steps to get up but we were prepared for that.

Everything was perfect!

Pros: Honestly, everything was perfect! The location, the communication, the room, the air conditioning,… We arrived very late in the night (1AM) at the airport and they were able to provide a shuttle service for us at a reasonable price. We highly recommend Kàlia Rooms!

Exceptional stay in the heart of Palermo

Pros: Kàlia Rooms was absolutely perfect — stylish, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better for exploring the city, and everything was just as described (if not better). Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again!

Grazie 💚

Central, Well-Connected Spot with Smart Check-In & Café Voucher

Pros: Location is a big plus: 15 min on foot to the train station and only 7-8 min to the airport shuttle stop; the historic centre is right outside the door. Breakfast is handled via a “café voucher” — which we found convenient and very local. The studio covers all basics and opens onto a small balcony; just don’t expect a view. You’ll climb a few stairs, but keyless entry makes check-in/out effortless and the host replies instantly on WhatsApp. Good value for a short, independent stay.
