Pros: Very stylish, romantic, and cozy studio on the top floor of the building ( accsesable with elevator ) with a huge private terrace. It has everything you need to prepare a cold meal (refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, water kettle, small table, chairs…). The bathroom is also spacious enough for two, and the shower includes a rainfall feature. As in many old buildings in Sicily, you are not allowed to throw toilet paper—or anything else—into the toilet due to the old sewage plumbing system. The area is peaceful and quite close to the old city center. There is allways a lot of rentable electrical scooters and bycicles around ( app. Lime ). There are also a few underground garages nearby where you can safely park your car Be aware of the Parclick app, through which you can reserve and pay for a parking garage - owner of the garage doesn have a contract with them. Pay directly at garage!

Cons: If you are not used to not throwing toilet paper in to the toilet you will have to remind yourself every time you sit on the royal throne :))) But that is not a big issue.

Pros: Excellent location, lovely rooftop, fabulous amenities for the small space. Great value for money and very friendly host.

A precious jewel in Palermo!

Pros: The apartment is a cute jewel in Palermo! Located on top of a building, you can get beautiful views from the city, the mountains and the streets! It is a rather tiny apartment, but with everything you need for your stay. In my opinion the size contributes to its charm! It's also conveniently close to a train stop (Palermo Notarbartolo), so it's quite easy to get to and from the airport (even on early/late times). I also felt very safe on the neighborhood at all times.

Apartment in the centre of Palermo

Pros: Clean , very nice apartment in historical building. Big tarrace with view. Old lift.

Cons: Noise from the street. You need to be careful about toilet paper, because it is forbidden to throw it into the toilet.

Pros: Great choice for short trips. Really communicative host, gave us a lot of information.

A great find

Pros: A great, pristine apartment, extremely well designed and organized. Although the space is not big (hence the name) it is stylish, comfortable and livable, with a good sized bathroom and large walk-in shower. Impossible to ask for more at such a friendly price. It is located in one of the best areas of the city, walking distance to all. Once in, you will discover that everything you need is there: (phone charger, smart lights, shades, fridge. folding table, kitchen utensils and more .. bonus: a large balcony/terrace with a view. The owner is super nice and cares for her guests, sending tons of info and making sure all is smooth and well. Solo travelers or couples will definitely enjoy the accommodation. Thanks for a lovely stay, will be back.

Pros: We had a three-night stay in Palermo and really enjoyed our time in the apartment. It is all quite cramped but very cosy. There is a great view from the balcony on the 5th floor. Everything was very clean, the bed comfortable and there is a lot of attention to detail. The bathroom is very bright (open at the top of the room) but here too everything was very nicely furnished and everything works perfectly. You can get to the centre quickly on foot or by bus. We can recommend the flat 100%.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit toller Terrasse und einer herzlichen Gastgeberin – perfekt für einen Partnerurlaub.

Pros: Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und ideal für einen Urlaub zu zweit. Besonders gut hat uns das saubere Badezimmer und die große Terrasse gefallen, auf der man wunderbar entspannen konnte. Außerdem war die Vermieterin ausgesprochen nett und hat uns bei Fragen oder Problemen immer sofort geholfen.

Cons: Das Badezimmer war nur durch eine Schiebetür vom Rest der Unterkunft getrennt, was etwas an Privatsphäre fehlen ließ. Zudem war der Aufzug sehr eng.
