Le stanze di Ruggero

Nice stay in a quiet and safe area

Pros: The place was clean and comfortable, in a quiet area. The owner was very polite and helpful. The price was reasonable, and there is a bus stop for Interbus and the airport shuttle just 10 minutes away on foot. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would happily recommend it..

Cons: Can't think of anything

Pros: Our stay was wonderful! The host was always available, very kind and helpful, which made everything so much easier. The apartment was excellent, clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring Palermo. We especially appreciated the flexibility of being able to leave our luggage after check-out. Highly recommended!

Pros: I am very happy with our stay at Ruggero’s house. It has all the amenities to prepare delicious food, drink good coffee and sleep peacefully because it is quiet. There are shops nearby and there are parking spaces if you are by car. I recommend this place to everyone for a vacation.

Excelent

Pros: - semi-central position - the host offerd to take us to the airport in the nighr (cheaper than any taxi/Uber) -the balcony - good quality-price ratio - 2 free coffees from the house and a small bag of chips is a nice gesture.

Cons: - the city tax isn't included in the base price, like most booking apartments

The apartment was really good, clean, and the owner was really helpful with everything. We got tips about nice restauran

Pros: The property is in a really nice spot, 20 minutes on foot from the city center. Clean, safe, well managed.

Great place for a short stay in Palermo

Pros: Great location, close to the bus that goes to the beach. Its 15/20min walk to the city center. Close to two train stations so easy to get to the airport. Room is spacious and we had a balcony which was great. Great building and safe neighborhood.

Cons: Its three apartments that share hallway and kitchen which works well. However walls are thin and if you have noisy neighbors, it might bother you. Think this place is best for shorter stays as it doesn’t get cleaned while you’re there. We stayed for 10nights+ and it gets dirty after a while but you have no option to clean it.

E' stato stupendo!

Pros: It was amazing 3 nights! The flat is quite, the room has everything you need, very nice bathroom. The room has a conditioner which is so great. Big thanks to Roberto, who has always been there at anytime available to answer my questions and recommended some spots to go. It was easy to check-in and check-out. The location is nice. It is close to Palermo Lolli train station, around 5-7 minutes on foot. It's not the centre-centre (compared to Teatro Massimo or Palermo Centrale), but super close and less noisy. About 30 mins walk to the most touristic places. Very recommend this property! Will definitely come back!

Cons: I loved everything!

Fantastic

Pros: Everything was lovely. Good sized room, super comfy bed, kind staff (were very communicative despite the language barrier). Close to the Center of Palermo, Teatro Massimo being the closest place to visit. Air con was 10/10. Felt safe walking back at nighttime. Full access to a kitchen and complimentary coffee!! Would recommend, well worth the price. 30 mins away from Mondello beach (must visit!). Big thank you to Roberto and Marianna!

Stanza comoda
