Excellent central location to visit Palermo

Pros: Excellent location, nice residential area very near the centre but quiet Gorgeous views from the king room and extremely clean The proprietor is extremely friendly and responsive

Cons: Nothing everything is great

A perfect choice for a day-and-a-half of sightseeing.

Pros: The host, Milo, is very helpful and responds immediately. The location of the accommodation is excellent — shops and attractions are within walking distance. Parking in front of the apartment is free. ( white lines means- parking free😇 ) The room and bathroom are compact but very well equipped. The view from the breakfast area is fantastic. I highly recommend this place from the bottom of my heart. P.S. Make sure you have WhatsApp, because that’s what they use to send information there. 😊

Fantastic stay with a panoramic view over Palermo

Pros: The apartment met absolutely all our expectations. From the very first moment you can see it’s very clean, tidy and comfortably furnished. It was warm and cozy inside – a big plus for proper heating instead of just air conditioning, which makes a huge difference during colder days. The biggest highlight for us were the views – from different windows you get an almost 360° panorama of Palermo. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise – quite unusual for Italy and more continental-style. Besides sweet options, there were also savory items like cold cuts, cheese and butter, plus yogurt, fruit, juices and something sweet. Everyone can find something they like. The location is excellent – close to everything, yet the neighborhood is quiet, clean and pleasant. The apartment itself is also very well maintained and well equipped. We would definitely love to come back.

Cons: The only thing worth mentioning (just for information) is that after leaving the elevator there are a few narrow stairs leading to the apartment. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it might be slightly less convenient if you have very large luggage. But to be fair, we’ve seen much narrower and steeper entrances in other places in Italy.

Review of property

Pros: The location was great and the communication with the host was fantastic, letting us know everything before our arrival.

Cons: Parking is difficult although it looks the same all over Sicily.

Pros: Everything was perfect! The location is quiet and a short walk to the city centre. The breakfast is organised on an self service way, good solution.

Pros: This was a great place to stay for the night! Convenient location, quiet, large room with a nice bathroom and a small fridge. The common breakfast room is lovely, and there's lots of options.

Staying one week in Palermo

Pros: Exelent location of apartment , nice street with a lot of local hidden gems. Amazing views from main living room, delicious coffee , fruits ,cakes ,juices and some breakfast options. Room was clean ,big bathroom, comfortable bed. Host was trying to help ,but for one week we could meet her once.

Cons: Room we had booked was rather small , for sure half of what it was mentioned in description. No wardrobe, small shelf, window with no view ( completely other than pictured on booking) . Bathroom needed racks for towels (there was none !) .Showering was difficult, there was no correct placement for shower head ( small detail but very annoying if you have to stay one week in the room ). Pictures shows biggest and very beautiful apartment, when you get smallest one with no view ,no terrace. Around no parking spaces ,you have to pay and it takes hours to find a parking spot. Behind our window was loud system for water ,every time water was flushing there was loud noise.

Pros: Great location on quiet, safe, street. Room was perfect, clean and spacious for a couple. Breakfast was self service, but there was a variety of pastries, coffee, fruit & yogurts that you could get whenever you wanted. Air conditioning was great and very welcome on humid days. The building is a quiet one, and had no issues with any noise at night. Overall a great place to stay for our trip, great location, good accommodation and the hosts were very nice and helpful!

Pros: Decor is awesome. Super comfortable and quiet. Shared living spaces are great.

Cons: Breakfast was very packaged. Would have preferred the option of a cheaper rate with no breakfast.
