Wonderful stay with a fantastic host!

Pros: The apartment was lovely – clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was especially impressive: large, spotless, and well-equipped. Beds were cozy and perfect for a good night's sleep. The kitchen was quite basic, but honestly, in Italy you eat out – the food is amazing everywhere! The location is convenient, close to the bus station and the city center. The neighborhood felt a bit run-down and we didn’t feel entirely safe walking around at night, but we had plenty of steps during the day. The highlight was definitely the host – incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. She made our stay truly special. Highly recommended!

Pros: We spent two wonderful nights in Palermo, our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. The host was very helpful, advising us on places to visit in the city and on how to get around. The accommodation is just a few steps from the Mercato di Ballaro, and we always found a parking space in front of the house. If possible, we will definitely come back again. Thanks!

Everything was perfect.

Pros: The host allowed us to check in early—we were tired after the long journey from Catania. The apartment is clean and beautiful. It has everything you need. There's plenty of light, a cozy balcony, and a comfortable bed. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay

Pros: Lovely apartment and Cristy is great. Private terrace was nice. 10 minutes walk to centro. Plenty of shops, bars & restaurants.

Cons: Area is very run down which is a shame as the apartment is beautiful. Walking out at night was ok but you do not feel safe walking back after dark but easy enough to get a taxi.

Pros: The location was ideal for exploring Palermo's historic centre and was also within a short walk of the Palermo Centrale railway station. The apartment was well furnished and provided for all needs.

Cons: We liked everything about Casa-Cristy.

Spacious and well equipped apartment.

Pros: Lovely apartment with modern bathroom, 2 balconies, seperate kitchen, dining/living area and bedroom made it very comfortable. Host was very helpful and allowed us to leave bags on last day.

Cons: While the area is a bit rundown at first appearance it more than made up for it being close to market, train station, some great eateries and walking distance to most major sites in Palermo.
