Archè Design Rooms and Suites

Pros: First and foremost, I’d like to thank the lovely hosts. From the very beginning, communication was smooth, and they were incredibly hospitable and welcoming throughout our stay. We requested a late check-in, and the process was seamless — we received all the necessary information in advance and were able to access the building easily with a code. The location of the hotel is excellent — close to the city center and all the main attractions of Palermo. We were also very satisfied with the breakfast. As other reviews mention, the hosts truly go above and beyond. Although it is on the smaller side, you’ll find everything you might need: yogurt, fresh cheeses and hams, vegetables and fruit, plenty of delicious pastries made by the host herself, as well as fresh eggs and coffee prepared to order.

Cons: We stayed in the attic room called “Arte,” which we were very happy with. However, there were a few small details that would have truly perfected it. I understand that each room is slightly different, but in ours, we were missing nightstands by the bed and a few towel hooks in the bathroom. That said, the room was spacious enough and overall very comfortable.

Pros: Great location, fantastic no-limit private jacuzzi and sauna, room warm in the winter, home-cooked breakfast with both sweet and savoury options

Pros: We had the most amazing two-week stay at Arche! The location is unbeatable—walking distance to the old city, the marina, and the new city. It felt very safe, too. Lot of great restaurants around. Note: Parking is tricky, but manageable!) Chiara, Roberta, and Conchita are the best hosts you could possibly have—super helpful and warm. They took great care of us, always checking if we needed anything and preparing the best breakfasts with homemade, seasonal cakes ❤️We loved the design and cosiness of the place. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Palermo!

Great location, lovely Host

Pros: We spent three days in Palermo, and this apartment was one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in. Our room was clean and well equipped. The hospitality was professional. We had many breakfasts in Italy, and this was the best in its category.

Very relaxing and reliable stay

Pros: Very clean and quiet I stayed here a couple of years ago and overall the service and presentation of the property has improved. Last visit the breakfast was actually woeful but they now provide eggs and fresh pasties and cakes etc. Fresh fruit and yoghurt etc

Cons: I enjoyed my stay and a very easy check in after I arrived late at night

Pros: Excellent hotel with great service. Great sized room & stylishly furnished. Very good choice of breakfast. Great location in the newer part of Palermo, but also only a short walk into the older part of town & the harbour.

Beautiful and comfortable place to stay in Palermo

Pros: Everything was perfect, as in the pictures. Location is excellent, in a great neighborhood, and everything is clean and beautiful. Chiara is very friendly and eager to assist.

Pros: The property is very modern (~3 years old) and clean which makes you feel instantly relaxed after a venture out in the hectic, but great, city of Palermo. Roberta was a superb host, extremely caring, responsive to any enquiries, and made a great breakfast!

Pros: Great location, excelent staff and very clean. Both check in and check out were very easy. We arrived late at night and it was no problem, access was super easy. We didn’t have breakfast but were given the option to pay for it on the spot which is great! Room was cleaned daily and it was very clean.

Cons: There wasn’t cold water from the tap at times but it generally wasn’t a problem.
