Pros: Very friendly owner, takes care of cleanliness and guest comfort. Good, varied breakfasts.

Everything you need for a perfect stay in Palermo.

Pros: The spacious, clean and refurbished rooms. The kidness of the staff (Fabrizio), who helped us several times with our plans and was always available to answer our questions. The homemade breakfast with lots of choices and delicious food.

Very clean and tidy place in the center

Pros: It is a great place. Very clean, with very good location 10-15 minutes walk from all main sights of Palermo. The parking is around the corner. Fabricio, the owner gave very good directions for everything, recommended great places to eat. The place was very clean with nice kitchen where you can have tea and coffee when you want. The quality of stay was very good. The breakfast was good, every day different treats from the owner. Wifi was fast and good to watch movies.

Cons: We liked everything.

Pros: Fabrizio is an excellent host who provided us with everything we needed, enabled late check-in and was incredibly responsive. The rooms are very clean, the view is wonderful and we were overall extremely satisfied with everything.

Very clean, comfortable, and had friendly staff.

Pros: The hotel manager accommodated me perfectly. He asked me what I wanted for breakfast, gave me his personal phone number to contact him, and allowed me to leave my luggage at the property and check out a bit late since I was running the Palermo Marathon on the day of check out. The bed was also very comfortable, I slept like a baby.

Cons: I loved the property

Great place, great staff!

Pros: Everything! The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good. But what made the experience even better was Fabrizio, he helped us a lot, suggested many places to go and even got us a nice table in a restaurant nearby. I recommend staying there!

Pros: The breakfast was good. Each day something new on the menu. One could choose which kind of coffee one would like and Fabrizio would make it.

Cons: For a Dane a very “different” environment

Pros: L'accueil était top du début à la fin. Aucune prise de tête avec beaucoup d'échanges et de conseils. Arrive un Dimanche, nous avons pu nous garer en bas de notre hébergement gratuitement pendant 2 jours. Et avons profité de Palerme à pieds sans problème. Le centre historique n'est pas loin du tout.

Cons: Le matelas d'appoint est plutôt pour un enfant. Il manque un miroir dans la chambre.

Pros: Séjour parfait. Fabrizio est très aidant. De très bon conseil, agréable et disponible. L'endroit est parfait, très propre.

I could not find a better place to stay in Palermo

Pros: Liked the lively location with all the shops, bakeries, groceries, coffees, really close and in walking distance from the very down town while still offering free car parking options on nearby streets. Fabrizio, the owner is exceptionally friendly, humble, kind and helpful person that just makes your day by providing helpful travel hints and tips while serving you the breakfast of your preferrence. Full stop.

Cons: Remember, you'll be staying in a house where the neighbours windows might be closer that you'd expect. And behind those ordinary sicilian life will be heard, seen and smelled all day and sometimes also night long. But that also makes a part of the Le Vie del Centro
