Wish we’d stayed longer!!

Pros: The location was great. 15 mins walk from the beach and 15 mins drive from Palermo old town. Suburban location with easy parking. The property itself is beautifully decorated with loads of space and a private outdoor seating area. Simona was a great host and would highly recommend the accommodation.

Really nice stay and the host was the best!

Pros: The host was fantastic! She was very helpful with everything that we asked and gave us tons of tips for our trip. I definitely would recommend anyone visit Mondello to stay here. Great location as well, but if you are travelling with small kids then you will need a car to get to the beach (5 mins in car). There are so many places you can park your car but make sure to get parking ticket. Free parking after 8PM near the beach.

Cons: A washing machine would be a nice to have at the guest house but there is a laundrette only a few minutes away.

Pros: Charming place. With personal touches, furniture, and decorations that make you feel at home. Because it actually is a home. This is the basement of a villa in Mondello. It is very close to the beach. Streets are large and easy to park.

Cons: Note that this is a basement. (But still airy and large.)

Pros: Super clean, beautiful spacious apartment, very comfortable, nicely furnished!

Nice and stylish apartment

Pros: The host Renata was very kind in helpful, so was always very responsive when we had questions. Apartment is very nice and spacious, with very well equipped kitchen, with all the utensils you may need.

Cons: As the apartment is in basement, when we arrived the air was very stuffy and we encountered unpleasant smell of mold. After keeping all the windows open and ventilating with the fans, as advised by the host, situation improved a bit, but not completely. Also it would be perfect to have washing machine, as for family with kids we needed to find laundry service nearby

Pros: I and my family liked a lot this apartament whiich îs located in a very queit neighborhood with the acces to a tiny but very nice terrace. We have not been bothered by anyone. The owner Renata îs very discret, but also very concerned about the guests' confort. We enjoyed the very good taste for the design of this apartament with very beautiful sicilian items. We liked also the kitchen where we have found all the tools we needed to prepare a quick and healthy meal during our more lazy days for walking.

Cons: Nothing to comment of.

Pros: NON ERA PREVISTA LA COLAZIONE ALL'INTERNO DEL CONTRATTO DI SOGGIORNO. LA POSIZIONE UN PO' DECENTRATA RISPETTO AL LITORALE DELLA SPIAGGIA TUTTAVIA FACILMENTE RAGGIUNGIBILE IN BICICLETTA.

Pros: Appartamento molto bello gestito con passione da persone gentili e disponibili, arredato con gusto e attenzione dei particolari. Consigliatissimo

Pros: Appartamento comodissimo, arredato con ottimo gusto e molto confortevole Ottima l'idea di assegnare ad ogni ospite un set di tovaglie personalizzato. Interessante la libreria e, soprattutto, i giochi da tavolo
