Pros: So nice that we could check in earlier . We were highly appreciated for the arrangement. The location is top and you cant get any better location than being so central. Restaurants and bars are right down there. Very secure and interesting place.

Cons: Unfortunately the owner could have informed us earlier regarding the WIFI problem. He could be more attentive and honest to inform us instead of letting us waiting for a whole day to answer our question ( wifi code) and he didn't initiate to tell us the wifi got problem instead. For the international traveler it was definitely a tough one. Hope that this problem will be improved for the next one.

Pros: Everything was clean, room and bathroom are spacious. The placement is also great.

Great value & location.

Pros: It was very clean and comfortable bed. Good location in old part of town. It was easy to enter and chat with our host on WhatsApp.

Cons: The only negative for us was taking luggage upstairs but they were nice & wide.

Pros: The place is clean and well located. The owner replies very fast on whatsapp. From out room we didn’t hear any noise even if it was a Saturday night and the street outside was full with people and noise.

Cons: There are quite some stairs. Don’t bring big and heavy suitcase

Pros: The owner really thought along with what we wanted and we were even able to enter the appartment in advance. We had a great time in Palermo because of the good location

Pros: Wonderful apartment, with a great location. It had everything we needed for our short stay. Even though it is on the main and quite noisy street, this was not a problem at all. The host was responsive and available.

Cons: Wi-Fi never appeared.

Pros: - perfect locality - very nice and clean - perfect for the group of 4 people (so the whole structure is just for you)

Cons: - for the whole 3 day stay, wi-fi signal was so bad, that we couldn't connect to it, so for whole 3 days everyone had to use their own internet for money - try to imagine, that you are there for a week... No internet at all...

Pros: The location is in the top historical center. The place is clean. The host is very nice. Would come back again definitely!

Pros: Lokalizacja była świetna, ściśle turystyczne centrum miasta. Od razu po wyjściu z mieszkania pełno restauracji oraz kawiarni, a w pobliżu piękny Teatro Massimo. W mieszkaniu nie było słychać odgłosów z zewnątrz. Wspólna kuchnia z kawą, herbatą i drobnym słodkim poczęstunkiem. Szybkie i sprawne zameldowanie, właściciel był pomocny i szybko odpowiadał na wiadomości.

Cons: Duża ilość kurzu na stolikach nocnych, prysznic był dosyć mały.

Ottima posizione per visitare la città a piedi

Pros: La posizione, in pieno centro, ha permesso di raggiungere facilmente a piedi i principali punti di interesse della città. L'appartamento è situato proprio nella via principale dove si trovano locali e ristoranti, quindi non è un problema neppure trovare un posto per mangiare. Anche la fermata dei pullman per l'aeroporto è vicinissima. Il check in è stato fatto in autonomia grazie alle indicazioni dettagliate dell'host, che è sempre stato disponibile via WhatsApp per qualsiasi suggerimento

Cons: Arredamento minimal: secondo me , dato che la dimensione della stanza lo permette, non sarebbe male mettere un cassettone o un piccolo armadio per riporre i vestiti, anche se immagino che la maggior parte dei visitatori soggiorni poche notti e quindi non ne abbia bisogno. Lo stesso vale per il bagno, dove un mobiletto farebbe comodo. Questi vogliono essere suggerimenti e non critiche, che darebbero all'appartamento un valore aggiunto.
