Pros: The apartment was really close to the city center. We also managed to find a parking spot nearby. The host, Emanuela, was super kind and did her best to help us with all our requests.

Perfect for stay
Pros: Right next to the old town beginnig. Was less than 4min away from the pedestrian only streets- Porta Nuova. There are local marcets close by. Spacious. The room was second floor with no elevator. Enter with keycode inside the building and also keys left in box for self check in. The hostes was verry friendly and helpful. You can park outfront on the street and there is plenty of options for that. Only couple of dounsides were that there is loud noise every time you flush the toilets. Also only one chair inside both rooms. No kitchen knife in the kitchen but only serving knifes. If you deicide to have lunch in thw appartment , have to use the shared kitchen and don't really see how 8 people may fit inside on same time. BUT , considering the price - I expected 1/10th of thw comforts we get! Private bathroom and restroom, refrigarator in our room, balcony and window in the other room/ wich we lack last few times)

Pros: Spatious, comfortable, well equipped. Greenhome is easy to reach, close to the old town and there's a plenty of parking right in front of the entrance. The surroundings are lively and as good as it gets around the Palermo city centre.

Pros: The apartment was clean and nice, it had everything we needed. We had some issues entering the building due to a power failure, but we managed to rich our room in the evening, when the electricity came back.

Pros: Room was clean and not too small. A teracce has a nice view. Close to the center. Kitchen is shared with other room, but there is enough space to prepare a meal and have a lunch. Nearby is the best bakery that we ever saw. Very delicious pastry, cakes and of course cappuchino. Great way to start a day and to not go too far to have a breakfast.
Cons: Even though it's close to the center, building seems to be located in some kind of hood, we didn't feel totally safe to come back to the apartment at night, it's a bit dark. Our room had a view on the street, it was very very noisy, all the night scooters were passing by in front of the window, so it was not the best condition for sleep. There weren't some basic things in the bathroom, such as shower gel, toilet brush...

Pros: The host was very nice and kind and available for any questions we had. She was also very quick in responding to our messages. She also helped us with aranging the parking space (we had a rented car). The self check-in and check-out went smoothly, host provided us with clear instructions and also offered luggage storage if needed.The apartment was super nice and very clean and really close to Palermo center (cathedrale). Also the location is great if you rented a car because is quite close to the highway and outside of ZTL zone. I absolutely recommend, top host!

Cons: The views from our room were not the most beautiful but we were still extremely satisfied.
