Good location in Palermo

Pros: The place was really good. It is located close to the center, about a 15-minute walk. The rooms are on the 5th floor without an elevator. The staff was very attentive, explained everything to us, and she was also a really nice person. Everything was super clean. There is a kitchen, a coffee machine, and even a washing machine.

Cons: The downsides: the water pressure in the shower wasn’t very good, the pillows were a bit hard and not so comfortable, and the neighborhood felt a little spooky at night.

Pros: Elena was super nice and explained everything to us. The location for parking its perfect and we had a small terrace.

Pros: Hellena is a wonderful person, she welcomed us with cold water to freshen up, the accommodation is in a good place, you can reach all important sights on foot, I would like to praise the bed, which is extremely comfortable

For us, this was the best choice, and I sincerely recommend this place if you’re planning to visit Palermo

Pros: wonderful apartment in the city center, located on a quiet street with no noise or loud restaurants. Free parking is available right under the building. What makes this apartment stand out from others is the exceptional cleanliness and the warm hospitality of the owner. Elena is always ready to help in any situation, whether it’s calling a taxi or recommending a place to try local cuisine. We had a room with a private bathroom and a balcony where we could enjoy a morning espresso. We especially appreciated the comfort of the mattress and pillows — after a full day of walking around, all you need is a good night’s sleep to recharge, and such a comfortable bed is truly a rare find in rental accommodation.

Pros: Elena is an amazing host. Very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed very big and comfortable. I loved the balcony with its beautiful plants. An excellent place to stay in Palermo!

Great room with everything you need.

Pros: The bathroom is not directly in the room, but next to it, as a separate room that can be locked with a key. There was also a small balcony from the room itself, and a second larger balcony from the kitchen. The kitchen is a common area that has a washing machine, a large refrigerator, a coffee machine and everything you need to prepare a meal. All the necessary instructions were given to us upon check-in, and in case of anything you can ask, Elena speaks Russian, English and Italian. Very hospitable place and great atmosphere.

Clean & comfortable stay

Pros: It is 10’ away from the city centre and 15’ away from the Palermo Lolli Train Station which also connects the airport. It is clean, comfortable and secure.

Cons: If you have health problems, this might not be for you as it is in the 4th floor with no elevator.

Pros: The host is very responsive and kind. You tell can she puts a lot of effort to make the rooms and the apartment cosy. There's everything one might need. A perfect place to stay in Palermo.
