Close to Palermo main attractions and 15 minutes walk from the train station

Pros: I loved its location. Close to everything but also I got a bit of the local feeling as there was a trattoria just outside and waking up to the sound of daily life in Palermo was really nice. Maria, the lady who takes care of the property, was incredibly warm and friendly and very helpful. She gave me tips about where to eat or what to visit. She would ask me everyday what croissants or brioche I wanted for breakfast. Keep in mind that there’s no lift and the stairs are quite narrow. There s also a small balcony where I did enjoy watching the sunset over some wine . I would recommend it.

Cons: All was fine

Good location and friendly staff

Pros: - location in a side street of via Maqueda and a short walk from Quattri Canti. - only 7mn walk to the Palazzo delle Poste on Via Roma where a lot of busses stop (airport shuttle bus, bus to San Vito Lo Capo). - friendly staff (Maria)

Cons: - the city tax was double of what was mentioned on the site. I understand that city taxes can change in time but I would have expected the proprietor to inform me by message. Communication with the proprietor by message is very minimal. - uncomfortable mattress

We were given all the info before we checked in. We met Maria on 2nd day and she makes the place work beautifully.

Pros: The property was great, great shower good breakfast. Security was ok. We left the car parked for 4 hrs about 300 meters away, but found car park behind the property

Cons: The stairs are narrow and steep. Car park a problem but can find parking at the back of property,

Everything was perfect

Pros: The accommodation is in city center in Via Maqueda so its very convenient and safe also during late night hours. And its close to all attractions. Its also close to the bus stop from airport. The host is super nice and recommends restaurants and typical sicilian dishes and sweets. Croissants for breakfast were amazing. I recommend this stay 10/10.

Pros: Great place to stay in the city center, quiet area and yet very close to the main attractions. Very friendly receptionist, who brought us fresh croissants and made us coffee every morning. We can recommend for short trips!
