Lovely place would stay again

Pros: Great location staff very helpful very clean. Lovely accommodation

Cons: Lift working was hit and miss. The hot tub wasn’t hot and wouldn’t heat. Neither of was staff fault

Pros: The room was super clean and modern! The bathroom was really nice, big, had great fixtures. Nice A/C too. Great location as well. It was our first time in Palermo and it felt like we were right in the center of it all.

A pleasant stay in Palermo.

Pros: The room is huge and modern - we were very comfortable. It is centrally located and is close to many restaurants, shops, and markets. A very pleasant stay overall.

Cons: The only downside is that the rooms are not soundproofed, so you may be bothered by noisy neighbours. However, the quality of the room and the service outweighs this issue.

Pros: We booked room with the pool. Perfect location, quality of stay very satisfactory. Room cleaned every day including change of towels. Communication with the hotel staff were really good . Pros: Spotless clean, newly renovated, attention to details, would recommend, stay again, city center, reaching everything very quick, interest points They even offered us a free room upgrade 😊

Room only in centre of Palermo

Pros: Location. Comfortable, spacious room. Ease of access to property.

Cons: Unfortunately there was no electric kettle as advertised. Im English - I need my tea! A kettle was provided the next day. Due to new EU rules regarding physical ID, it was a 15 minute walk from the hotel (where the ID was carried out) to the room. Not an issue for me but would have been for my friend who at the last minute had to cancel.
