Pros: Very nice stay. The BnB was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The owner, Francesco, was very friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place. 😁

Lovely cozy place

Pros: Francesco is a wonderful host. The room was clean, bright, and spacious, and the neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant. The location is great, within walking distance of the city center and main attractions. I had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Great for couple

Pros: The bed was really comfy, room was clean and owner was really nice and helpful.

Pros: A lovely first impression of the city 💖 The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Palermo, just behind Teatro Politeama Garibaldi. There is also a very convenient airport bus stop just a couple of steps from the apartments (€6). I had a wonderful room (the Blue Room🩵) with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen is well equipped: disposable tableware is provided, as well as ceramic mugs and glasses. There is a fridge, a kettle, a coffee machine, cookies and other treats. The breakfast was a very pleasant surprise 😊 Francesco and Ornella were extremely kind — they explained everything and showed how to use everything. I truly had a great vacation here 🍋 If I come back to Palermo, I’ll definitely know where to stay again!🙌🏻

Cons: A small detail: only plastic cutlery (forks and spoons) was provided, but I had my own metal ones.👌🏻

Excellent B&B rooms just separate from the owner's apartment.

Pros: Excellent reception. Host was friendly in an efficient, no-nonsense way and mostly left us alone after making sure we had everything we needed. Comfortable rooms.

Cons: Lot of noise in the street at night until a bit past midnight, and the windows didn't do much to stop it. Of course this is not something that can be helped.

Pros: Staying Mr Francesco was pleasure.The location was perfect everything just walking distance to go Ballaro street food market 10 to 15 bus and to the airport just 2 minutes walk to the bus stop , the house cozy and clean, Francesco was always available to answer my questions, helpful and very kind. Pros: We booked the accommodation just a few minutes before the reception closing time and arrived about 20 minutes after it had closed. Despite this, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was Italian-style, sweet, fresh, and tasty. I would definitely recommend this place

Pros: Everything was great, the location is amazing, owner is extremely welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are on a simpler side but they don't miss anything and are super clean.

Comfortable and easy

Pros: The room was a decent size and comfortable. Location was good, about 20 mins walk to most “tourist” spots and good food. Host was friendly and helpful!

Cons: It was a little bit noisey in the common area later at night or early morning.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and it was clear that great care is taken with the space. Housekeeping came every day, which made everything feel fresh and well-maintained throughout our stay. The host was incredibly kind and always available for any questions or help we needed. We truly felt welcome and taken care of. Highly recommended!

Cons: The only thing we found a bit disappointing was the breakfast. It included a packaged croissant, small cakes, toast, and jam. It wasn’t bad, but it felt more like a light snack than a full breakfast. We were hoping for something a bit more substantial to start the day. Still, everything else was truly great and this small detail didn’t affect our overall impression — we genuinely enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back!
