Politeama Luxury Suites

Pros: This hotel was located perfectly with respect to the airport bus and was a quick walk to many wonderful restaurants and downtown. The host gave us many great recommendations and was super communicative and responsive. The room was clean and spacious, it was lovely to have a mini fridge!

Cons: Even with the shutters and windows closed the traffic noise was quite loud at night. Ear plugs were a must for a lighter sleeper like me.

Pros: Very welcoming and friendly host who eagerly shared lots of helpful information and recommendations during our visit to Palermo. She was always available to reach over the phone if we had any issues or questions. We were given a free upgrade to a slightly larger room with a sofa included. The room was modern, clean and spacious for the price. The room was cleaned everyday, and fresh towels were provided every 2 days. We were allowed to check-in at 11am, we checked out at 10am and were also allowed to store our baggage on our last day.

Cons: It was noisy at night due to outside traffic, cause we were on the 1st floor. The Wi-Fi was not very strong, I preferred just using mobile data. No other issues.

Pros: Nadia, the host, is super friendly 🙂 / The location is perfect for exploring the city. The room is comfortable.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Nadia was amazing and gave me easy instructions on how to enter the premises. The apartment was in a very nice location and the room was super comfy with a coffee machine, tv and a balcony. There is a laundry service right underneath and nothing is that far to walk to 15min +. I felt safe in this area and Nadia was only a whattsapp message away, always ready to assist me.

Excellent apartment for a city trip.

Pros: Excellent position within easy walking distance of the airport shuttle bus and all that Palermo has to offer. The apartment is spotlessly clean and beautifully done with an extremely comfortable bed. Nadia is a wonderful host giving tips throughout our stay and the check in process is very clear and easy. The balcony overlooks a busy roundabout which didn’t disturb us at all (top tip take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper)

Great location with excellent access to public transport!

Pros: Lovely room in a great location! Easy access to all the attractions Palermo has to offer - easily walkable. Great links for buses to Mondello Beach and the airport. Great and responsive host - always there for help and support on WhatsApp. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: Very good communication with the owner, everything was clear. The location is very good, close to everything which is needed. It’s clean and tidy. Internet world really good. Was good that we were allowed to check out at 11 AM instead of 10 AM, thanks for that!

Amazing stay in Palermo

Pros: An amazing room with balcony. The bed was really comfortable and the room was really clean. The location was great, very close to theatro massimo di Palermo and the historic centre. Nadia, the host was super helpful with all my questions.

Pros: Really central location easy access to Palermo and it's sights. Nadia was a fantastic host offering lots of practical and useful information about Palermo. Made the few days we spent there fantastic. Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in the hustle and bustle of a great city *****

Highly recommend the apartment if you do not have a car.

Pros: Nadia our host was amazing! She upgraded us and was extremely helpful with showing us places to see. The apartment location was perfect for sightseeing and getting around. Apartment was spacious and spotless with a lovely balcony. Absolutely 10/10 for the actual apartment.

Cons: Only complaint I have is on the availability of parking. After our long trip we wanted to park the car for the 2 days in Palermo. Although there is free street parking around the apartment it was never available. We drove around for over an hour around the accommodation after our arrival and eventually paid 35 euros to park in an underground parking for the night. The next morning we set the alarm for 7 am to move the car to free parking and had to ride around for another 40 minutes until we found a spot approximately a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
