Pros: Nice private rooms. The staff allowed me to checkin very early as I arrived via ferry in the morning. The breakfast was also very nice and they will make you coffee if you like too.

Cons: There is no lift so with luggage can be difficult to get to the 2nd floor but a minor dislike for a great place.

Pros: Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely. Terrace is a great place to have breakfast. Check in and check out was so easy to do and facility to leave bags when we checked out. Overall it was a fabulous stay 😊

Amazing

Pros: The location is amazing: directly on the centre of the centre of Palermo. Car park at 2 min distanze. Fantastic terrace with amazing brwak-faat.

We really enjoyed our stay in Palermo and the accommodation.

Pros: Viviana was a friendly and helpful host. The location was central with many great restaurants in the vicinity and it was easy to walk around the area and see all the beautiful buildings and gardens. Great breakfast.

Cons: The marble staircase - very difficult to lug up luggage.

Overall a great stay, would return any time!

Pros: Location could not be better right in the top center of the city! Easy to find a parking place by Massimo Theater. Room was really nice and comfortable, although a little small. Great breakfast, included in the price!

Lovely spot in Palermo, excellent value

Pros: Location beside Teatro Massimo was perfect for day trips around Palermo on foot or by bus to Monreale. Lots of restaurants very close by. Our ferry from Palermo to Lipari was cancelled due to Hugh winds, so we stayed three extra days.

Cons: A bit noisy when bars put out bottles for collection

Pros: Breakfast ist fresh and delicious Italian breakfast woow Location is very good

Cons: We booked a room with private bathroom but unfortunately the bathroom was out of the room and you have to down stairs to go to toilet. The owner offered us to find another hotel but we didn’t want to waste time.
