Pros: Convinent and spacious! Staff were also very nice!

Cons: There was a small leaking problem when showering which led to the floor being wet. Perhaps the shower glass wall has a small hole or something. Trust that they are fixing this issue now.

Recommended

Pros: It was clean and well decorated. The bed was comfortable and you are literally in the center. You have a fridge and the air conditioner works good.

Cons: As you are in the center it can be a little bit noisy at night.

Perfect location and room for my trip to Palermo

Pros: I was very pleased with the room. The room was huge, beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable and had a balcony. There was an espresson machine in the room which was a nice touch. The location is central and in the historic area with nice squares around. The property is run as rooms, not hotel, so there was a host who whatsapped me with details to enter the property and it was easy to find. The host was very accommodating and also allowed me to stay longer in the property as I had a late flight. Really great value for money - cant recommend enough

Excellent location

Pros: Excellent position right in the heart of the historical city centre. The room was cleaned every day. Car parking may be a nightmare but manageable in the blue slots at the nearby squares. (Cost @ €1 per 1hr, but free from 20.00 to 08.00)

Cons: No lift service, although only 1 floor. I would recommend some more toiletries (showering soap) 2 more pillows, and / or tea bags or coffee pods for the coffee machine.

Pros: Very nice host, who made sure we had a great stay. Wonderful location practically in the old town, with a cafe on the corner (we recommend having breakfast there) and a restaurant right next door. Close to the train station and bus stops. In addition, it was nice to come back to the room, where the bed was beautifully made

Our last night in Sicily was spent in the heart of Palermo

Pros: It’s position in the old part of town. We found parking 1 minute away. Lots of restaurants right on the doorstep.

Pros: Location of the house is perfect! You can see the Teatro Massimo stepping out of the building.

Pros: Great location, clean and nice rooms. Super comfy bed, I slept so good during my stay. Very nice breakfast. Overall a great stay.

Good location bed&breakfast

Pros: Liked the room, but was very simple. In good area, best location to the city, in the middle of restaurants busy life :) 20min walk to sea coast at city or 20min walk to train station. Air condition was not too strong,but working ok. Nice staff, Guseppe was great host and the breakfast was lovely ;)

Cons: There was no floor cleaning, mop or sweep the floor..probably all week. Every day a lady made up our room or skip it if we told so, but forgot to do floor washing. It said noise cancellation, but it was very noisy street however when it was quiet times it was great, but we could hear everything from next rooms too.

Super room in a great location.

Pros: Great location. Easy to find and clear instructions from host about how to access the room. Very clean and good size room. Comfy bed. Historical areas all within easy walking access. Parking nearby. Lovely bathroom with super shower. Breakfast in breakfast room (open air). Good spread of pastries, some savoury options, yoghurts and fruit.

Cons: Some noise from bar underneath room, but didn’t disturb our sleep.
