Modern spacious rooms with great location.

Pros: - Great location, a lot of bars and restaurants nearby - Pistachio croissants for breakfast <3 - Rooftop where to enjoy your breakfast or a drink in the evening with a good view - Staff was super friendly and helpful - Bed was very comfortable - Clean, modern, well-organized, spacious - Cold drinking water in fridge - Self check-in / check-out Overall, we would definitely come back to this housing :) Became a home during our time in Palermo. It wasn't a problem for us but note that: - it is on top floor, no elevator. as young people, it wasn't an issue at all. - room is not completely soundproof, you will hear a bit the neighbours and the street, but nothing too loud. - surronding streets are not the most clean, but this is how Palermo downtown is.

Great location, great host, fab stay

Pros: The host, Marco, was excellent with his communication and advice on what to do, see, eat etc. He was always very helpful with any questions and very quick to respond. The location of the apartment is very convenient for all the touristy things you might want to visit. You can walk everywhere. It's not far from the main train & bus stations.

Cons: The soundproofing could be better. It is very noisy when the cleaners come in in the morning as they also set up breakfast and you can hear everything. On 2 of the 4 nights I was staying at the apartments there was a problem with opening the front door which was very loud.

Pros: Nice and helpful owner. In the centre of the City. Breakfast ist quite simple, but okay, maybe some more bread would be good.

Pros: Amazing room with nice bacony. High ceiling and a large TV. Tge facilities offer nice rooftop terrace with coffee machine and kettle. Additionally to packaged breakfast was an artisan croissant served. Yummie! And the location is very close to the main area of the town.

Cons: Personally the parking situation was a bit off and missleading. There is free parking available, but at busy streets close to the harbour. Which in the end we didnt choose to do, as we had a rental and were'nt sure/comfortable about the area. We ended paying for a secure car park (15€), which isnt bad but would have been nice to know before we booked the room. Also, as this location is close to the main area, Palermo likes to party almost all night in the streets below... I mean, we were/are an older couple. I can imagine this must be nice for younger ones 😁

Pros: La Struttura è spettacolare , accogliente , ti fa sentire a casa tua , disponibilità ,cortesia e pulizia al primo posto , un ringraziamento , chi ha creato questa posto da sogno , l'ho consiglio a chi desidera abitare in un posto fatto con amore per una vacanza indimenticabile , grazie ❤️

Palermo ist eine tolle und spannende Stadt und die Wohnung können wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen

Pros: Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal für Stadtbesichtigungen und Unternehmungen. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Eine schöne Dachterrasse mit Blick über Palermo ist auch mit dabei. Das leckere Croissant zum Frühstück ist frisch vom Bäcker. Per WhatsApp konnte man reibungslos jeden Abend ein Croissant nach Wahl für den nächsten morgen bestellen. Grundsätzlich hat die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter über WhatsApp gut funktioniert. Der Zugang zur Wohnung im 3. Stock mit dem steilen und engen Treppenhaus ist auf jeden Fall machbar und in den Rezensionen zu dramatisch dargestellt.

Cons: Ein bisschen Abwechslung zum Frühstück wäre wünschenswert. Was nicht geht, dass wenn man einen Parkplatz als Suchkriterium eingibt, damit gemeint ist, dass es freie Plätze an der Straße gibt. Wir hatten Glück, dass wir in der vom Vermieter genannten Straße \

Pros: Cama confortável, bem como todas as comodidades do quarto. O pequeno almoço bastante saboroso, embora simples. O Marco é muito simpático e prestável. A localização é excelente, perto do centro histórico.

Cons: O quarto não é muito isolado, fazendo com que se ouça alguns barulhos. De resto tudo perfeito.
