A great place to stay - highly recommend!

Pros: Very special, authentic place to stay. We loved being in the heart of the city! Despite being so central, the room was very quiet at night which was perfect. The host was so helpful with lots of recommendations and the fresh cannoli for breakfast was an unexpected treat! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience 🩷

Pros: The location was exactly perfect for the area of Palermo I needed to be. Property was very secure and very comfortable and clean.

Cons: It was all very good the only thing I might say is that we could have done with an extra set of keys. Might have got them as well if I’d have actually asked.

Delightful host and stay at this central Palermo apartment

Pros: Caring and informative host Claudia who provided detailed instructions for arrival and departure, and shared in-person local insights and history, we even received home made treats. The apartment is in a central location close to rail, airport coach stop and two shared use/active streets with many interesting sites of Palermo. Great groceries and Sunday markets nearby. The accomodation was secure, clean, had a shared kitchen and living room and heritage features. The spacious private room was secure, quiet (though ear plugs were provided), had aircon, window (limited view), tv, wifi and bathrooms with good hot water and pressure, there was also a luggage storage option. We were concerned about arriving so late and making our way down dark laneways but late check in was possible and the restaurants around made for a vibrant area.

Cons: Nil. The owner, not residing in the apartment, made it comfortable, considered what guests may need and was contactable.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean and cozy, and the location is ideal—just a few minutes’ walk to the city center. The host was incredibly nice and helpful, which made our trip even better.

Pros: Located in a great location - many good places to eat near by alongwith the sights within easy walking distance. Claudia was very helpful in giving advice. We took the bus from the airport and easily located the apartment.

Excellent base for exploring Palermo

Pros: Central location near a main street with restaurants, not far from the station. The property featured a large attractive shared living room, also kitchen with coffee machine. Bedroom with air conditioning.

Brilliant location and great value for money

Pros: Very warm welcome from Claudia Location was perfect right in the centre of Palermo. Easy walk from bus and train station. Step outside and the street is lively with bars, shops and restaurants in each direction My single room seemed strange at first with steps up onto the bed but it was very quiet overlooking a small courtyard looking onto other properties. The bathroom was private but separate from my room. Very well equipped and nicely decorated. Handy little shared kitchen with fridge and kettle etc. Large communal lounge with books and sofa. I only had a rucksack so climbing the stairs was no problem but heavy suitcases would not be easy.
