Excellent stay in the heart of Palermo

Pros: Our stay was wonderful, and the bedroom was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, which made our experience enjoyable. The host was friendly and very helpful, even assisting us with parking our car in the street. Overall, it was a perfect stay in the heart of Palermo.

Cons: There was an air conditioner in the room, but it was quite noisy.

Great central location and really nice, helpful staff

Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. Great central location in the old town.

Cons: Bathroom separate from the room. A lot of doors and keys to deal with.

Great host and great sized bedrooms.

Pros: The location is great and the host (Roberto) was very accommodating. Our a/c broke and he fixed it straight away. He was always available on whatsapp which was very handy. He also gave us some local recommendation which were great. The room was very spacious, had a balcony and had a very high ceiling.

Cons: The only thing that I could think of relates to the noise outside the room. I don't overly mind it because of the location but occasionally you do hear the odd loud motorbike or rowdy teens in the roads below. I think it's to be expected because of where the suite is and overall we still had great sleep.
