Sweet Roma 315

Pros: The staffs are amazing and very flexible. Location is great to walk around. The fridge is always full with breakfast food that you can self serve any time all day. The apartment was quiet and the bed was very comfy. Shower was great and room was spacious. Shout out to the cleaning lady who cleans like its ritz Carlton! Exceptional stay and I’d definitely stay here again next time!

Cons: WiFi kept disconnecting but i think this issue can easily be resolved with a technician.

Perfect stay

Pros: Clean and spacious apartment, comfortable, Great location, central area, close to the airport bus stop, wonderful generous host!!

Perfect spot to visit this city! Valentina is such a good host! Lovely stay!

Pros: Good communication with owner (Valentina). Verry nice lady! Always helpful! Good beds, nice accommodation, in center of the town, parking place (not inclusive) in the next street! Perfect location to visit Palermo!

Cons: Strange entrance of the building. But when you are in the apartment everything was so nice!

Pros: Lovely clean rooms. Nice size and the bathroom was lovely. Host made such an effort with breakfast it was a shame we couldn't enjoy it more but we were late to catch a flight. Very thoughtful to give us pastries to take away!

Amazing

Pros: Localisation was just perfect, close to all attractions in the city center. Place very clean, comfortable bed snd owner is extremely helpfull

Cons: All was perfect

Perfect location and a fantastic host.

Pros: Fantastic host - Valentina, who served us an amazing breakfast in the morning and took care of us before check-in in order to make sure everything goes smoothly. The apartment is very clean and nicely designed. The location is ideal to explore centro historico.

Cons: The facility is actually an apartment with two rooms and a common area, which heavily influences the level of privacy. The internal walls/doors are not soundproof, so if someone sits in the kitchen you can hear every word from inside the room.

Very nice owner, very helpful. Nice large room.

Pros: Very nice owner, very helpful. I asked for a quiet room, she did give me one in the opposite of the street. (The other apartment owner in other city did not respect my request.) Construction was under going outside the building in April, but only started after 8AM. I can see the owner is a hard-working owner, and tried her best to meet customers' needs. I asked for suggestions for hotel in other city in Sicily, she also found one. She offered a free breakfast one day when she saw we did not order it. I would thank her more with more tips but I do not have much cash left.

Lovely apartment great host central location - with the pros and cons that come with that!

Pros: Lovely refurbished property which was very nicely put together! A great option. Very close to the airport bus stop and all the sights. Valentina was lovely to communicate with and a great host!

Cons: For us, our room was right on the road- so it was a little too noisy for us. It was well insulated and we ran the air con and used my white nose apps and earplugs but for noise sensitive people like me it may be best to avoid.

Pros: Absolutely perfect accommodation for the beginning of our trip. Room and bathroom perfect, good size and clean. Lovely little balcony to take in the hustle and bustle of Palermo and fantastic view. The fouled glazing kept the room quiet at night. Valentina was a great help and host.

Great introduction to Palermo

Pros: Valentina is an excellent host. B and B in excellent location for all Palermo sites. Room clean, air con, Wi-Fi. Good value for money. Excellent comms prior to arrival. A great place for first time visitors to Palermo.

Cons: Nothing springs to mind.
