Ciccio Rooms and breakfast - Self check-in

Pros: I stayed here for a few days and the room looked exactly like in the photos. It was very pleasant, beautifully arranged and spotless, with regular cleaning during my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, all the amenities were excellent, and the whole space felt well maintained and thoughtfully prepared. Check in and check out were very easy, which made everything even more convenient. Breakfast was genuinely enjoyable, with a wide selection of both sweet and savory options to choose from. What truly made the stay special, though, was the host. She was open, helpful and incredibly welcoming. Communication was smooth from start to finish and interacting with her was a real pleasure. She even prepared homemade tiramisu just for us, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. The neighborhood was pleasant, I felt completely safe, and overall it was a wonderful experience. I would happily stay here again.

Pros: Was a splendid stay, I specially enjoyed self made Tiramisú by Rosaria 🤩 Everything was perfectly prepared and the breakfast offers a great variety of everything you need to have a real nice breakfast. 👍highly recommandable!

Ticke all the boxes

Pros: This is an outstanding set up and an excellent value for money accommodation. Basically, they tick all the boxes. There is no reception or personal service but it is all put in place with a very self sufficient system of check in and check out. All this is backed up with a very responsive owner with phone and Whatsapp communications in almost real time. The room is not huge but it has all the necessary amenities. The location is not central but the Line 1 tram is in the next street for few minutes ride into the city centre and main railway station. The area is bit run down but that is what most of the outer Palermo like. The breakfast is also a self service and although there are no hot items the continental breakfast has a very good variety - Eggs, cheese, cereals, juice, yogurts, cake, biscuit and pastries along with hot beverages. There are some shops nearby including a supermarket in the next street. Overall, I recommend this property and will stay here if I am back in the town.

Cons: The memory foam bed was not my type but that is personal thing - some people might love it. Overall there is very little that someone can criticise and I think the owner has put in considerable work in their setup.

Pros: The room was excellent, conveniently located—about 3 km from the city center, but it was convenient for us since we were traveling by car and there was free parking right outside. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had everything we needed: shower gel, soap, shampoo, and soft towels. Breakfast was self-service, but there was a wide selection. I highly recommend it for a city break.

A very good stay in Palermo

Pros: The location is great, near the beach, many good restaurants nearby. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is delicious. Public transport is nearby.

Excellent apartment and great host

Pros: Very clean, great breakfast, the room was great, good location, very accessible to the main tourist centres and only a few minutes walk from the beach,, walkable from the city centre also and seems safe

Cons: The location is great being close to the city as it is adjacent to a tram line and very close to the beaches but the area is very dirty with uncollected rubbish everywhere but this seems to be a problem everywhere in Palermo and not the fault of the host

Pros: The staff was very friendly, helpful and lovely. The room was perfectly clean everyday. Also there was delicious breakfast with authentic foods every morning. Location was not the center of city but it was Fine because city center was 10min with tram and easy to go. Also, there were many authentic restaurants near (one of them was making the most delicious parmesan pizza i have ever tasted, Ristorante Pizzeria Civoleva) All in all, it was a great experience to stay there and if i go to Palermo again, i would definitely stay at Ciccio again. Pros: Amazing service, everyday clean rooms and fresh breakfast. Felt like at home, definitely recommending! Parking was easy to find and free of charge, elevator inside building, calm neighbourhood.
