Pros: An authentic stay in comfortable and quiet rooms at the edge of the old part of Palermo. The breakfast was basic, some fresh bread is something we would recommend to improve. Otherwise, very pleasant stay.

Cons: If you expect a European breakfast with exhaustive choice, you'd better book a big hotel. Italians do not have saturating meals in the morning, just a coffee and fresh croissant. Maybe some yogurt and fruit in addition. As for me it's enough to start a day.

Cons: Streetscape a bit cluttered with rubbish, BUT once through the door, everything was fine.

Pros: Great, very quiet apartment, close to the center of Palermo. Room and bathroom were large and comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful. In 10-15 minutes walking you are in the center, and there are nice restaurants even closer. You can park 5 minutes away from the apartment freely on the street.

B&B Casa degli artist is worth every penny.

Pros: The B&B is very near the bus and train station and within walking distance of main streets Via Rome and Maqueda. The hosts Felippo and Camila are very caring. Camila is kind and lovely. I stayed in a big yellow bedroom, with private toilet, comfortable bed (there were two other single beds) , air conditioning and TV. Good breakfast.

Cons: Everything was very good. I would just recommend to clean/get rid of the surface mold on the shower floor. The toilet was good, though.

Pros: We felt right at home; first of all for the hospitality and kindness of the host and then for the care and cleanliness of the rooms and the common space. We recommend it to everyone.

Excellent, welcoming and restful.

Pros: We stayed for 2 nights and were so grateful (humbled even) by how our hosts made us feel at home, with recommendations for places to visit and where to eat. They went above and beyond, even driving us to catch our ferry. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and we particularly enjoyed conversing with our hosts in our really bad Italian. In short it was a joy to stay with them. Would definitely recommend and hope to return someday.

Authentic family-run B & B in historic Palermo

Pros: Very authentic experience staying in a delightful family-run hotel in the heart of Palermo. Great, central location with-in easy walking distance to main attractions and restaurants in La Kalsa district. Free parking available on main street outside. Friendly, hospitable hosts - breakfast served by family matriarch around kitchen table. Generously sized room. Good value for money. We felt quite at home!

perfect B&B for a short stay / long weekend in Palermo

Pros: Welcoming and friendly hosts: we felt super at easy and the room was nice and really quiet. Moreover, the location is perfect for both visiting Palermo historic centre but also the train / coach station to travel in other cities or to the beach.

Very enjoyable

Pros: Very nice welcoming staff, a romantic pretty place. Spacious room and clean pleasant bathroom. Great location near the Botanical Gardens, the Centrale Stazione and the sea.
