Great host / apartment / neighborhood

Pros: Roberto is an excellent host. We enjoyed each communication with him, he gave us a lot of valuable information and recommendations. Facilities seem new, neighborhood is great, maybe the best in Palermo if you are renting a car (parking around the building is free and can be found).

Cons: The apartment does not have internet. This was important to us as we had to work a bit.

O locuinta moderna si primitoare, gestionata de o persoana care stie sa aiba grija de turistii sai.

Pros: Totul este nou, functional, cu bun gust, primitor. Roberto ne-a intampinat cu gentilete, a avut grija sa nu ne lipseasca nimic, a fost mereu prompt si atent, ne-a dat sugestii din momentul in care am aterizat si pana cand am plecat.

Cons: Nu exista nimic de care sa nu fim multumiti

Pros: Soggiorno meraviglioso! Struttura impeccabile, pulizia eccellente e comfort totale. Roberto è un host straordinario: gentile, premuroso e sempre disponibile. Ci ha aiutato con grande umanità nella modifica della prenotazione. Un’esperienza indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo, meriti ogni bene Roberto!

Pros: Il est très bien placé (près du port) bien qu’il se trouve dans une rue très fréquentée (bars/restaurants)il est très calme. Roberto est très accueillant et très attentionné.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay in Palermo! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really made the experience special was the host. He was incredibly sweet, kind, and attentive — always ready to help with anything I needed and full of great recommendations. His warmth made me feel truly welcome, like staying with a friend rather than just booking a place. I would definitely come back here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo
