Good location, clean rooms, very helpful and kind host!
Pros: Good location , very clean apartments, helpful and friendly staff . It was easy to park next to the house . Rosario, our host suggested a very good authentic Italian restaurant close to the apartment . Highly recommended if you want to stay with your family or friends in a three room apartment with separated bathrooms but shared kitchen .

Spotless, well-maintained B&B just down the road from the station
Pros: The location is perfect if you’re traveling by bus or train, and the accommodation was spotless. What a great place. We’d arranged to leave our luggage at the B&B in the late morning after our arrival at the station, and the very kind owners ensured that our room was already waiting for us. Much appreciated after a long day of travel.
Cons: There was not a single downside

Comfortable stay
Pros: Centrally located, 7 min from bus station and train station. Walking distance to attractions and good food places close. We were on 2nd floor, there were 3 apartments that shared a common kitchen area which had kettle, microwave etc. Breakfast was included which was a croissant and coffee at Ciccio’s below. Detailed instructions were provided upon welcome. Friendly owners.
Cons: The property is very secure, we had to remember what each one of the four keys provided was for.

Pros: Rosario and his daughter Mariana are excelent hosts The place is clean to perfection and everything makes you to feel welcomed.
Cons: Maybe the noises outside late in the night but only in the weekend This has nothing to do with the place as I mentioned is perfect.

Pros: The B&B location was great, a short walk to the train station and to explore the city. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hosts , Mary and her dad is amazing, very helpful and caring. Highly recommended!

Excellent value for money, best choice if you want to be close to Palermo Centrale
Pros: Everything in the apartment is brand new, super clean and confortable. 2 minutes to train station. With closed windows we could hardly hear the noise of the street. Host was exceptionally welcoming.

Very good!
Pros: The room was spotlessly clean, and the balcony overlooking the relatively busy street added a particularly nice touch to our stay. The location is excellent—just next to the Central Station—making it ideal for day trips by train or bus, while the historic centre of Palermo is also easily reachable on foot. One aspect we especially appreciated was the good sound insulation, as well as the fact that the rooms are located on the second floor. Palermo is generally quite noisy, so this made a real difference and allowed us to sleep comfortably.
Cons: The hosts did not speak English—or more precisely, one of them spoke a little and sent us messages in English, but in person, both at check-in and check-out, there was very limited English communication. This would not have been a major issue if the necessary instructions had been provided more clearly in written form. Regarding check-out, we specifically asked what time we could leave on the final day, as our flight was in the evening. The hosts told us we could stay until noon, but they arrived at the B&B before 10:00 a.m., and as we were heading out for breakfast, we were urged to leave as soon as possible. A follow-up message the evening before might have resolved this, but one of the hosts later apologised, so I believe they did remember that we had agreed on a noon check-out during check-in and it was not an initial misunderstanding. Also, there was no way for us to leave the luggage at the B&B but with only backpacks this was not the biggest issue for us. Additionally, the breakfast voucher provided for the second day (at a place called Anita’s Bar) was only worth €2.50, essentially covering just a cappuccino—not even enough for a croissant to accompany the coffee. This was not clearly communicated in advance. On another day, at a different bar (Gelateria Ciccio Adelfio), we were able to get both coffee and a pastry of our choice, with genuinely polite service, which made the inconsistency more noticeable.
