Great spot, excellent service and comfortable rooms

Pros: The triple triple room is very ample, but you need to exit it to use the restroom (private, but outside). The mattress was comfortable and the linens and pillows were great. My sheets were dirty with hair and dust when I arrived, and they were changed imediatelly when I reported to management (probably it was dirt that came from the laundry). Service was perfect, the host is fantastic and cooked us breakfast on our second day - really delicious. He was also very nice and available at all times, his attention to us and flexibility made a huge difference. there is a small lift to reach the unit, which makes it easier id you have a large suitcase. the neighborhood is great and has easy parking spots around it.

Cons: The double room with no balcony faces an internal part of the building so it is pretty dark and confining. The bathroom has a glass door to the room, so it gives less privacy if you are two. The external bathroom for the triple room is not ideal. But it is clean.

Pros: Room was very comfortable. You got everything you need like extra adaptors. Clean and crispy white bed sheets, rain head shower and beautiful balcony. Easy access to public transportation and there is a ticket outlet next door so it’s very easy to take the bus going around the city and see the tourists spots. Benny, the owner was super attentive and helpful. I enjoyed my stay 😊

Feels like home

Pros: Benny was super nice and very accommodating. I have never experienced such friendliness in an apartment before. The apartment is in a good location, so you can reach many sights on foot or the public transport is close by. The apartment itself is well maintained and you simply feel at home.

Cons: The only negative thing is that the doors are very quiet. As soon as someone goes in or out, you can hear it extremely. But even this didn't bother me.

A lovely stay!

Pros: The B&B was wonderful - the room was clean and comfy with a lovely attached bathroom. The balcony was small but had enough space for two people to sit comfortably. It looked out onto a busy road but when the doors were closed there was no sound of traffic inside. To enter the building, B&B and room, key codes were used, which were sent shortly before arriving at the B&B. There was a fridge in the communal area which had a honesty system for buying water. Communication with the host, Benny, was great - making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. The breakfast and time was chosen from a menu sent by Benny which was to be completed the day before. It included croissants, toasties, cereal, fruit, yogurts, hot & cold drinks and biscuits. On our second morning, we needed to leave earlier than the earliest time slot, but Benny was very accommodating and still made us breakfast at an earlier time.

Would definitely stay here again if I visited Palermo

Pros: Great option for solo travellers or couples. Breakfast was either made by Benny (he will send you a list of options), or available from a cafe down the street with great pastries and coffee. Benny is very friendly, polite, and communicative. The bed was clean and comfortable, the rooms are cleaned regularly, there is working AC and wifi, and a shared fridge in the entry room you can use for drinks/small food items. While the location isn’t directly in the city centre, it’s an easy walk/bus ride to the city centre, close to bus stops, as well as a 3-minute walk to a Prestia e Comandè stop from the airport. Also, it was very quiet which was a nice reprieve from the city noise.
