Cozy, comfortable from centrally located

Pros: The properties central location was a massive plus allowing us to access most of Palermo centre by foot. The coziness of the room was great, and the balcony is a nice touch too.

Pros: good location, Fábio is very nice and caring guy, our room was very clean and we had a nice sleep :))

Pros: Fabio was really nice and gave us all the instructions for the check in. It is not too far from the Center (around 20min by foot) and the metro Station is nearby :)

Great city and great location for travelers that are not too needy.

Pros: Apartment is located in area close to the Teatro Massimo and once you pass the rout you would find the way easily. All of the city attractions are located nearby and the neighborhood is quite and decent. Although there was a construction site next to the building we haven't been waken up by the workers during our stay. Apartment is easily accessible with the key in the locker and we didn't meet the owner during our stay, which suited our needs and time management.

Cons: I would prefer if the owner provide some tips for the travelers that could be posted by the massage. This is the practice of the owners on RBNB and it is quite useful. I would love to have list of the places near by where I can get the local cuisine, gelato, fish specialties, pizza, local bar for bear and vine, thing that you have to try in the neighborhood. This tips are extremely useful and it could help lot during the short stays. Apartment could have some glasses, fork and knife.

Cons: Fabio is a nice person. The room has a new and modern bathroom. Good location 👌

Pros: Parking spot just in front od the builiding, not so far to old town (10-15min) walk, easy access by self check in (clear instructions). Picture on booking shows exactly how to room looks like.

Cons: Third floor with narrow staircase, maybe difficult to access by older people.

Cons: Home without elevator (3 high floor) A little bit noisy

Pros: - small cozy room with everything you need - big clean bathroom - great shower - not too far from the center - the owner allowed to leave our baggage in the apartment after check out

Cons: - very small refrigerator - sunny side, it is almost impossible to be on the balcony - no chairs and table on the balcony

Pros: Chambre propre, bien équipée et idéalement située pour visiter Palerme. De nombreux cafés et restaurants à proximité Possibilité de se garer à proximité du logement.

Pros: Уютная комната, есть все необходимое, полотенца, средства для гигиены, постельное белье чистое, красивый дизайн, красивые картины в комнате, приветливый хозяин, чистая ванна и комната, приятный милый балкон, хозяин разрешил оставить вещи в холле закрытом после выселения до времени нашего автобуса

Cons: Лестница на третий этаж не удобна для большого багажа, несли наверх и вниз, было тяжело, за окном в наше время прибывания была стройка, шумело, но это звуки города, мы понимаем
