Perfect stay. Great location and the staff made our stay a memorable.

Pros: The Host, our manager Hester was perfect host . Help us recommending places to eat. With air port transportation. Always there with a smile.

Cons: Would like to have coffee machine. We are in Italy after all.

Pros: We absolutely loved staying here, the team were very accomodating. Gave us a room upgrade instantly, just from seeing the size of our bags, they generously gave us the biggest room. Twice the size of the one we had previously booked!! Very comfy! Not only great location within the Palermo city, they gave us a whole bunch of recommendations to eat at and check out.

Pros: We were incredibly delighted with our stay in Palermo. The service from the staff was absolutely outstanding – every time we needed help or recommendations, they responded within minutes and always gave us excellent suggestions. We were truly impressed by such warm and attentive service. Our apartment was very clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. It was cleaned every day, which made our stay even more comfortable. The atmosphere was amazing, and we felt completely at home. Most of all, we experienced the true Italian hospitality and vibe — authentic, welcoming, and full of Sicilian charm. It made our trip so memorable, and we will definitely return. Grazie mille!

Great centrally located place to explore Palermo

Pros: Great place to stay in Palermo if you want to stay in the center. Apparently it was one of the last streets where you can still go by car. You get what you see on the pictures, so it's a very fair price to value. The staff was very friendly and happy to help with recommendations.

Perfect stay in Palermo

Pros: Fantastic staff. Great communication via WhatsApp. Massively helpful with recommendations and where to visit/eat/drink. Location was perfect for viewing the city. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable! Very sweet touches made as it was our honeymoon. Great shower feels better than a 3 star. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

Lovely place, very friendly and helpful staff and good location. Downstairs coffee shop is a bonus.

Pros: Lift to the 5th floor was a bonus with the luggage. The fact that there were a coffee shop downstairs if one did not include breakfast with your stay.

Cons: The noise from the neighbouring room in the middle of the night, not sure if it were pipes in the walls making the noise.
