Mondello relax

Pros: The apartment was well equipped, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Easy walk to the sea front or convenient bus route if needed. Our host was very kind, and as late season, he let us have a late check out, which was most convenient for us. The washing machine facility was appreciated as we had been travelling a lot.

Cons: No criticism

Pros: The apartment is a 10 and Filipo, the owner is a bonus. Apartment in a very secure neighborhood. Spacious well equipped. Filippo welcomed us at 11pm and spared no effort in giving us tips about our stay in the city. He left us breakfast for next morning since he knew we will wake up late. Secured parking with cameras controlling the street. Close to airport and city( if you have your car of course).

Cons: Can't imagine anything negative anyone can write.

All in all positive experience.

Pros: The apartment was impeccably clean, very spacy and good equipped with all amenities including laundry machine and air conditioning in the living room. The beds were very comfortable. The host was wonderful - if you don't do your homework before coming to Palermo, he'll give you lots of advice (in a form of pdf guide) what to see, where to eat etc. We loved that there was a local bakery 1 minute walk from the apartment where you could buy a slice of fresh pizza + something sweet or savoury for your breakfast.

Cons: One bedroom doesn't have any outside window and the apartment is on the ground floor, so the windows are very narrow and thus no view (this might be an advantage when it's very hot outside).

Perfect stay in a perfect property.

Pros: The apartment was extremely clean and spacious with very high quality bedsheets and towels. The location was also great and quiet, not too far from the beach and the owner was so kind and welcoming. We will make sure to be back.

Cons: Nothing.

Très bon séjour dans un logement agréable, bien placé et parfaitement équipé.

Pros: Appartement spacieux, propre et joliment décoré, avec deux grands lits doubles confortables et un canapé-lit. Bien équipé en ustensiles de cuisine, accès à un joli petit jardin. Situé à proximité d’un supermarché et à environ 20 minutes à pied de la plage. Le propriétaire, sympathique et disponible, a laissé des produits d’accueil et un lit bébé confortable. Très apprécié également, le document PDF avec conseils sur les spécialités locales et les lieux incontournables.

Cons: Aucun point négatif majeur à signaler.

Pros: Bardzo przytulny, czysty apartament, blisko plaży. Odwiedziliśmy go drugi rok z rzędu i chętnie wrócimy.

Pros: Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo appartamento e non potrei essere più soddisfatto! L’appartamento è arredato con gusto, spazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi come a casa. La pulizia era impeccabile, e si vede che il proprietario tiene molto a mantenere l’alloggio in condizioni perfette. La posizione è ottima, situata in una zona tranquilla. Avere un supermercato e dei ristoranti eccellenti a pochi passi è stato un grande vantaggio. Il proprietario è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile, fornendoci informazioni utili sulla zona e facendoci sentire davvero i benvenuti. La comunicazione è stata rapida ed efficiente, e l’accoglienza all’arrivo è stata perfetta. In sintesi, questo appartamento è una gemma nascosta e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Pros: Sehr saubere Unterkunft und sie entspricht absolut den Bildern. Es fehlt an nichts und die Lage ist in Ordnung, um zu Fuss alles zu erreichen.

Pros: La pulizia, la doccia e c’era tutto l’occorrente a disposizione. Addirittura il signor Filippo sapendo che eravamo amanti del caffè con la moka ce ne ha procurata una.

Cons: Niente

Sehr schöner Urlaubsort, nur leider ein extremes Müllproblem.

Pros: Super Lage, der Vemieter war jederzeit über Whatsapp zu erreichen. Sehr ruhig und sauber. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Die Betten haben leider sehr geknarrt, aber ansonsten alles top.
